I recently made the switch from being a loyal Nissan fan

I recently made the switch from being a loyal Nissan fan for 18 years to purchasing a GMC Canyon AT4X from Cutter Buick GMC, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Initially, I was set on custom ordering a GMC Canyon Denali, but when I saw the AT4X pop up just days before my lease on my Nissan Frontier Pro4X was set to expire, I knew I had to check it out. Johnny, my sales consultant, was fantastic—he guided me through the test drive, showcasing the truck's impressive off-road capabilities and luxurious interior. Although the price was higher than I anticipated, Johnny's enthusiasm and expertise convinced me it was worth it. He even helped me discuss the decision with my wife, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I've had the AT4X for over seven months now, and it's due for an oil change. The service department has been incredibly helpful, especially with my orders for OEM parts. The entire team at Cutter Buick GMC, from the internet sales team to the finance manager, has been supportive and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend Cutter Buick GMC for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Their customer service and dedication made my transition from Nissan to GMC seamless, and I couldn't be happier with my new truck!

Great atmosphere and our sales representatives was

Great atmosphere and our sales representatives was outstanding. Anderson got us where we wanted, probably the fastest negotiation I’ve done since owning quite a few cars. In a nutshell we drove off in a 2020 Expedition at the price point we wanted to be, not what the dealership wanted. Which is always a plus as I’m used to just taking a hike with pressure sales. I would love to give it 5* but my only issues was waiting to see financing.

Best dealership I’ve ever been to in forty years

Went into the dealership with low expectations on being able to walk out with a vehicle I could afford. Roy, the salesman and Shane, the GM, were more than patient, accommodating and truly helped me get the truck I wanted. It was hassle free and just a straight up positive vibe from the moment I walked in the door. All in all, the experience led to a purchase and it was all said and done the same evening (within a couple of hours!)

Amazing service

I have been a loyal customers for years. The customer service has always been top notch which is why I keep coming back to work with them. I recently purchased another vehicle at GMC Waipahu this weekend and worked with Johnny S. and Chad K. and they went above and beyond my expectations. Customer service is huge for me and they checked everything off my list and then went beyond that. Johnny is an amazing salesman. He takes his time to explain all the features on the vehicle, He is honest from the start and checked up on me to see how things were going after my purchase which I really appreciated. Chad really worked his magic and got me everything that I wanted and then more. Thank you so much GMC Waipahu for always taking care of my family. You already know that I’ll be back in a few years. New and Improved review!

I have to add and update to my previous review. I was able to talk with and meet with general sales manager, Chad Kume, he made everything from our previous experience 100% better! We were able to leave the dealership today feeling happy and comfortable with our contract. Chad definitely went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied and felt extremely valued as customers, his customer service was truly genuine and sincere. Very Dishonest, just wants to rip you off! They lie by...

Very Dishonest, just wants to rip you off! They lie by putting one price online but as soon as you show interest they jack it up! I found a new truck with the online price at $49600, as soon as I showed interest they jacked it up to $70000! When I asked why they replied it was a 20% supply and demand fee. Are you serious?? What happened to being honest and treating the hard working people that support you without trying to rip them off. If you can't be honest from the beginning then how can anyone expect you to be honest after you buy the car??

Thank you Cutter Volvo Honolulu !

This review is a few weeks overdue... But I saw a used car I wanted online and made a test drive appointment here right away! I was helped by Steven who was so friendly, professional, and welcoming. The Finances Office has helped me tremendously by finding me a lender who was willing to cut down the car loan APR by half of what was originally suggested. Overall, I spent a great morning purchasing my dream car with the help of Steven and other amazing staff. Would definitely recommend!
