I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a car. I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service and how above and beyond the workers went to make my experience nothing short of amazing! Unfortunately, I work long hours and I don't finish work until 8 at night. But I was In the market to get a new car and I've heard great things from friends and coworkers about this dealership, so I decided to try my luck and go after work. I called them to tell them my situation and they were more than happy to accommodate me. I showed up to the dealership at 8:15 at night and was greeted by a few workers. I was interested in looking at a 4Runner they had on site, and for people who finished work about 30 minutes ago, they all seemed very patient. I worked with a guy named Matt and another one named Nohili. They showed me the ins and outs of the 4Runner and recommended I take it for a drive. But, I wasn't sold right away, I wanted to know my options. They walked me around the lot and the new 2020 Mazda's really caught my eye. I'm the type of person who needs to know everything there is to know about a car before I buy it, so they ended pulling out about 6 or seven cars before I was able to settle on two potential buys. I would've never known they closed at 8, these workers seriously didn't seem to care that I had kept them at the dealership til 12:30 ... and even then, I told them I still needed to think it over. I thought for sure, if I came back, no one would want to work with me. But to my surprise, I came back the next night and I was greeted again with warm smiles and aloha. Even though I had some time to think it over, I still couldn't decide if I wanted to get the Cx-5 or the Mazda 6. The workers again, walked me through the ins and outs of the cars and pulled out a bunch of colors for me to look at. I ended up decide to take the Mazda 6, but not without spending 2 hours exploring the lot. Again, still surprised that not one of the workers had even the slightest bit of resentment, when this would be the second night I kept them here past midnight. I worked with Tom, the sales manager and even met the general manager Shane to work out a deal. They both were super cool and really made the time pass with great conversation. They ended up scoring me an amazing deal for a brand new car, when I really wasn't even in the market for a NEW one, I originally was gonna settle for the used Toyota. And to top it all off, since I didn't finish my deal til 12:30 , they didn't have anyone onsite to detail the car, so they offered to have the car dropped off to me once it was completed the next day. (Jaw drop!!!) If you haven't gotten the point of this post yet, GO CHECK THEM OUT! I promise you won't be disappointed at all!! I've had the car for about a week now and I'm more than ecstatic with my choice. I'll definitely be returning here if I ever need to buy another car!

There is a reason I never do business with Cutter, and I...
There is a reason I never do business with Cutter, and I should have stuck to that but I gave them another shot, and what happened? They let me down like usual. Finance manager (Kevin Grant) reaches out to me about the application I submitted for financing. He submits me in 2 cars to a ton of banks. All declined! The he text me out of the blue and says hey we got a 2012 Volvo with only 26,000 miles I submitted you for financing on it. Never seen the car and didn’t know about it until then. He tells me he would try and get it done by Monday (today). Last night I go online to see the pics of the car and show my mom, and find out it been sold. I text Kevin and when he finally replies he says he found out it had sold too. So I find another vehicle on the website I liked and text him about it.....never replies again! I love living in Hawaii, but I hate that Cutter owns so many dealerships. There is only a handful to choose from. This one by far has the worst customer service!

Working with Matthew, Nohili and Tom was worth the visit to Cutter GMC. The bonus was a new Canyon. They kept their word and made another happy customer.

Really good service
Tom Naughton is the person that you want to deal with when visiting the dealership, he is very knowledgeable, he listens to what you want and he goes above and beyond to make it happen and keeps you in your desired price range with no strings attached. This is the 3rd car that I have purchased from this dealership because the service is excellent and I have never been steered wrong.

Service with a Smile
I am truly blessed to have my cars serviced at Cutter Buick and GMC Waipahu. They are always professional and timely on their service. The one thing that stands out for me is the atmosphere. Awesome!
Great customer service! My salesman was such a sweet young man, easy to talk to and was very respectful. Even took me to my mothers house to pick up my paystubs! He and and his manager made me understand why purchasing a newer vehicle made sense. It’s my very first brand new vehicle and I love my new truck! I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Poor Service
Oil Change turned into oil cap not put back on. Oil all over my engine and I feel they didn't take any great service to help better the situation , but clean it half xxx and say sorry. oh and cant forget to a free car wash. oh mind you that I have to take on my own to the flag ship car wash! I just cant believe all I got was "I am sorry for this and there is NO CHARGE" no duh no charge how would you even think to try and charge me something on something I didn't do?! Business needs more training. Only nice part of the day was the tow truck driver was awesome and nice!

Poor customer service.
Horrible customer service. Staff unfriendly and rude. Scheduled an oil change that was told was my last one covered under warranty. Go there after working 12 hours, to find out already expired 2 months prior than originally told. I would’ve got my oil changed some where closer to my home, instead of wasting my time. Then it would take almost 2 hours to do even after having an appointment. Basically asked for the manager and request was ignored. Felt that he really didn’t care! Will never buy a car from them again or plan on getting any further service at this location.
