The sales people along with the managers are clowns.

I gave them an offered for 2016 Yukon the salesman & manager agreed but when we were about to sealed the deal they increased 5 thousand more on the price. We argued on lowering the price they disagree my wife and I left this stupid dealership without buying a vehicle. Thank Goodness we never buy one with these crooks we got a good deal with Chevrolet we bought a 2016 Suburban. Love our new ride.

Wasted my time. And mangers couldn't stand by their offer

Can't believe I wasted so much time here, long story short is, the salesman offered us a rock bottom "out the door price" that he just spoke to his boss about, when we accept the offer and start doing paperwork, the mangers and sales team get together and wanna jack up the price on us... And I ain't talking about sales tax, reg, and dock fees, because all that was already negotiated.. Now the big bosses want to sit you down in there big office and tell you how much of a deal you are getting even after they just raised there offer on you.. I don't know how you guys do business or how you guys buy/sell cars, but once you put a offer on the table to someone on EiTHER party, I think you should stand by it.. THiS dealership here obviously Couldn't and just wasted my time.. And No deal was made..

Excellent service

We are looking for a car for my daughter and granddaughters, and my nephew recommended cutter Waipahu, because they also bought their cars at cutter Buick gmc Mazda Waipahu. My nephew bought Mazda 5 and my brother in law bought Mazda 3. So my nephew called his friend Ramil and he waited for us, and did everything for us in order to get what we want, but Ramil that time got a lot of customers at GMC to assist so he introduced Ariel to us and told us that Ariel will be the one to help us. We are so lucky that all the personnels of this company are so friendly, patient, accommodating and understanding. Even though Ramil was so busy that time he still managed to show us all the Mazda 5 they got. We really appreciated what they did to us that day. Ariel was the one assisted us all the way, we test drived the Mazda 5, he also explained everything to us, the features of the car, the advantage of having Mazda 5, what I really love in Mazda 5 is the safety features especially we travel always with the kids. Thanks a lot Ariel. Also thanks to the Manager of Mazda cutter of Waipahu for giving us a great deal. Excellent customer service and reasonable price of brand new 2015 Mazda 5, where can you avail that only at Cutter Buick GMC Mazda-Waipahu, HI.We are really very satisfied with their customer service, 100 percent is not enought it should be 200 percent rating of satisfaction. Keep up the excellent customer service. Again thanks a lot Ramil, Ariel and everybody who assisted us in buying our new MAzda 5. God bless you all.

just horrible

just horrible will never go back, I wish they prices come down and don't take a whole week to pay people back their money!! I had to call them like a bill collector!!!

Great servic

Cutter Buick GMC Mazda located in Waipahu was awesome! They had great customer service and even helped us find a car that was similar to the one we had in mind. They even lowered the original price and helped us come to a price that we both liked. I definitely recommend paying them a visit!

Very good experience

I just bought a Mazda 6 from Cutter Mazda in Waipahu. The experience was very easy. Zane was helpful and told me everything I needed to know about the car. I just wish all dealerships were as fun and hassle free as this one. Buying a car should be a fun and enjoyable experience. Isaac doing my paper work was very efficient. Thanks also to Phillip the sales manager for being precise in working out all the numbers so I was able to make a very informed buying decision... Kudos to the crew at Cutter Mazda Waipahu!! Great management breeds great attitudes!

Excellent Customer Service!

I have now had two excellent experiences with the Service Department of Cutter Buick GMC Mazda. On both occasions I was greeted pleasantly immediately getting out of my vehicle upon arrival and received compassionate service from "Presley." Presley went above and beyond by taking my issue to corporate and obtaining approval to have necessary repair work covered under warranty despite my warranty being expired by 1,000 miles. Also, on both occasions I was provided a loaner vehicle at no extra or daily charge which was a HUGE help given the need to have transportation to and from work while my car was being serviced for an extended amount of time. I truly have never seen an automobile service department work harder to make their customers happy.
