Great service, facility very clean, Daniel great

5 star review, the service was great , the financial Part took awhile ,had a child that was very fussy , kept saying 5 more minute , pointed me out to a bank in town instead to a local bank nearby , told me about my credit score could not get me a lower interest , I wouldn't be getting me a car if my credit wasnt good,

Charmaine's service team of Jesse, Jonathan & Coralyn always provides the highest degree of service. Also Mazda Master Technician Blaine is a "master" in troubleshooting the various problems. I will recommend Cutter Waipahu to everyone.

Clowns

Do your research and know what you want before coming here. Salesmen aren't helpful with car details/features or questions you might have and assistant manager barely spoke English and smelled of alcohol. Spent my day negotiating the price of a well overpriced and very used car. After 5 hours and us nearly walking out they finally accept my initial offer and sold us the used car with an expired safety and hidden damages they probably weren't aware of. OK service but way too much hassle for a car I already knew I wanted.

Most Pleasant New Auto Purchase I've Ever Had.

The 2014 GMC Sierra SLE Crew Cab Pick-up I purchased had everything I was looking for in my next truck. Henry Addison was my Sales Representative. He was very calm, relaxed, and helpful. From the test drive to the financing options, there was never any pressure, only a willingness to understand what my concerns were. Cutter GMC was able to workout a deal for me that I was comfortable with. I've purchase several new vehicles in my lifetime. I never felt quite as satisfied with the results as I did after purchasing this truck from Cutter Buick GMC Mazda in Waipahu. Great experience and a very happy customer!

The Cutter Mazda team is awesome! They all made it possible for me to get the car that I've been wanting for over a year. ALL were so friendly, easy going, and did not pressure us at all during our sale, and we really appreciated that! It made things so much easier on us. They really worked with us and wanted to make sure we would leave with a peace of mind and that we were happy! It shows how their team really does do its best to work with their customers. They make it happen!

My husband and I just bought our 2013 Mazda 6 from Cutter Mazda Waipahu today and it was a great experience. The very first interaction we had earlier on in the week is what brought us back on Saturday to buy our new/used car. All the staff was friendly and will do their best to get you where you need to be no matter what your circumstance may be. Gus was great through our whole process from the second we walked on the lot at 9am. Randal was our Sales Manager and worked with us to get us to where we needed to be to drive the car off the lot same day, and was kind to us from the beginning. Then our last stop was with the Finance Manager Melvin. Seeing that long paper with all the numbers can sometimes be overwhelming but he puts you at ease with his kindness and personality. Overall this was a great experience from the beginning to the end and I recommend buying a car through them any day!

Great experience with Service Department

I had a great experience with cutter buick gmc mazda's service department. I worked with Jesse Morgan, who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was in and out within an hour with a more than fair estimate for work needed to be done. I was able to secure a second appointment with ease. I highly recommend this dealership for your vehicle service needs. They now have a repeat customer!
