One of the easiest vehicle purchase experiences ever.

One of the easiest vehicle purchase experiences ever. Even on a Maverick, the pricing was fair and clear (Ford's most recent discount promotion was 100% super-transparent), easy price negotiation, no pressure during the sale, the vehicle shown on the website was actually available and the F&I process was streamlined and easy. All of this sounds like it would be simple to get right, but it rarely ever all comes together like that IRL. Kudos to all! Credit goes to: Ted Fabiniak (Sales) and Demane Shepard (F&I)

I had an awesome experience for purchasing my second

I had an awesome experience for purchasing my second super duty truck. No pressure applied. Very good salesman and helped explained all the details. The truck was delivered very nicely and I am very pleased..

The dealership reached out to me to schedule service, but

The dealership reached out to me to schedule service, but did not see my appointment when I arrived at 7a. I had confirmation a text and email of it. They somehow got my information mixed up with the previous owner and that delayed my intake, which was really smooth the first time I came there a few months prior. I also told them my battery could be going bad and asked that they check it. They used to offer free rideshare for those leaving their vehicle and told me that was the case when I set up my appointment via text. But when I was leaving my car this time, they informed me that service discontinued. So I had to order a $25 rideshare to work. Then they called me to tell me my battery was bad, which I already thought was true. So I gave them permission to change it. I also was not given an estimate before services, which I should have asked for. It was not terrible, but I certainly expected better on my second visit after a smooth first visit there.
