I worked with James in Sales. He was great! He knew the information about the truck and was professional and courteous to a little old lady. I highly recommend Jim Tidwell Ford and the wonderful Salesman James. I got the truck that I really wanted.

Awesome people, didn’t rush or push to buy. Listen to my thoughts and views on what I want to purchase, Was a easy buying experience, took less then half hour to find what I needed, Great financing department even better they were able to get the paper work setup through LGE once they found out I’m a member, Over all 10/10 great folks there.

The service center does not communicate. I took a Ford explorer to get three recalls fixed. It took 4 days.
