Was able to buy the exact car I wanted completely online. Thad did a great job and made the process so easy. They even delivered. The entire process was great and every person from finance to management to delivery walked me through every step. Great folks!

Justin at Jim Tidwell Ford was great at managing my

Justin at Jim Tidwell Ford was great at managing my experience. The AC compressor went out on my 2024 F250 and it’s hot here in GA. He was able to schedule a diagnostic to confirm the scope of the issue. He managed expectations for how long the diagnostic would take as well as the replacement. Both times the service was completed faster than I thought it would be. I always appreciate something being quicker than expected opposed to being given and ambitious completion and having to wait much longer.

Jim Tidwell Ford is the best!

Jim Tidwell Ford is the best!! I bought my first escape from them some ten years ago. Always received excellent warranty/ recall work from their shop. The service advisors are the best, too! Today's service was as wonderful as any since that first one. As a retired quality professional, this dealership exceeds all expectations. Extremely satisfied customer.

By far the worst end to end experience at a dealership.

By far the worst end to end experience at a dealership. Service department was not knowledgeable, didn’t return calls or texts, and didn’t complete the agreed upon work. After dropping off car for service we decided to look at new cars. With a 16 year old at home, we are looking for a new car. Salesperson insulted my wife when she asked to test drive a car. She was getting excited about the car and naturally moving through the sales process. The sales rep was disinterested and said that we need Make sure that we can afford the car. Lol. We are both executives and had enough money in our checking account to pay cash and not skip a beat. I’ve never seen a sales person stop a sale from happening but maybe that’s a new strategy that k am aware of. Will never come back.
