Came in for an oil change. I walked down to pet smart with my puppy and they were done before I could get back. Way faster than I expected! Awesome as always!!

I’m always happy with Tidwell. Having been a shop supervisor for Ford several years back, I see their attitude and abilities as well as problems. The attitude and ability out weighs the problems, very commendable in a company this size.

Lack of customer service

Next time I’ll drive to Hardy Ford for service. The front desk wasn’t friendly. Also, service appointments don’t seem to matter here. Anyone can come in and they will just service them.

bad service and parts department

went in for recall and problems with cruise control. Bought the truck from these people. The parts have been on order for one month now, still no call as to schedule for service for these parts. I will not buy a truck or car from these people again, nor will I ever take my other cars to this place for service.

Service for my Jeep Cherokee

Benji, my Service Advisor did a great job! While I was waiting to have service completed, he arranged for transportation so I could do some shopping and have lunch. Then they picked be back up and brought me to Shop. Great service!
