Service and price on tires,brakes, rotors.
It was nice of you to rotate the tires with the secondary rubber showing and not bring my wife a price for the repair/tires until after you brought the bill. We were ready to buy from you guys on Saturday. I have no words to describe how turned off to your dealership I am. Too bad, we are in the market for a F-350. We will just have to see what some of the competition has on thier lots.

Wheel replacement
Only thing was we were told it was ready yet it wasn’t when we got there. Also coupon was misplaced but found in the end. So I’m going home happy with Candace as my service rep. 👍

Great Prices and Buying Experience

Worst customer service ever. Even after I bought a new...
Worst customer service ever. Even after I bought a new truck and came to pick it up. No service, no thank you from manager nothing. Still waiting after over a week for bedcover to be installed and take delivery. Been at the dealership for over 2 hours now!!! No one even cares here!

Oil change
I just started coming back for my oil changes because they are close to my house. Because of several bad experiences in the past that is all I trust them to do. When I arrived with a appointment I was told the wait was up to 1 hr 45mins for the oil change so I asked why is that and she told me it’s because they book 4 appointments in one time slot so ladies and gentlemen that is why it takes so long to get a oil change with them. P.s my husband took his car next door to the Toyota dealership for a oil change at the same time I took my car and he didn’t even have a appointment and his car was ready in 35 mins and mine was ready in 1 hr 10 mins which is quick for that dealership.
