I went into the Autonation Chevy dealership, looking to upgrade my older Silverado for a newer model. Jonathan and Alfredo from the sales team were excellent all around! They were very helpful and patient as I worked through the financing process and coordinated with my insurance. They gave me a fair deal on my truck towards my trade-in, and I was able to leave with the exact pickup that I wanted. Ian in the finance department was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He did a great job of explaining all my options for additional coverages and warranties. Great experience all around.

The experience at AutoNation Chevrolet West Austin was great from initial welcome to final signing and drive out in our new Silverado. The entire staff is impressive especially our salesman, George B. Very knowledgeable regarding vehicle specifications and the purchasing process, answered all our questions. We have purchased vehicles from this dealership in the past and have been extremely happy.

Absolutely terrible. Wilmer their salesman led me on for 2 weeks on a truck and I had to negotiate a price on my own. He stood me up, left me hanging several times. Then the day I finally get things moving they say the rate they gave me is only if I finance through them which is not what I was told the day before. So while they were supposedly working the matter that last day, they sold the truck all day and none of the 4 people I spoke to had the xxxxx to tell me. Therefore they kept passing the buck or ignoring my calls. When I reached the head of the sales department, I was told me it had been sold a few hours prior. The head of the sales department had no idea this situation had been going on. Of course, when I said something to Wilmer.... he was a coward and still did not let me know it was sold. Worst salesmen and dealership I've ever dealt with. They don't even deserve one star.
