Took a week for a sensor issue in coolant tank. They communication was terrible had to call/text multiple times and even then couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Came up there to pick up my truck and it sat there for a week with no one even looking at it so my issue never got fixed. Then Jaden my service contact lied to me as I watched them pull my truck up from the parking lot after I asked did my issue get fixed, he said “No! They were working on it right now!”

Sat around and waited too long, bought used car and
Sat around and waited too long, bought used car and broke down one week later. They didn’t pay for repair. Repair shop took three weeks to fix and it costed thousands. Also they lure gracious individuals with pink cancer plates but barely donate to the cause they just exploit it.

The staff at this dealership were incredibly quick and helpful. Dylan, the sales associate showing me the vehicle I was looking into, was fantastic, both in how informative he was and how he keen he was on picking up the little details in what I was looking for. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be returning next time I'm looking to make a putchase.

I wish there was an option to leave zero stars. While trying to update my current vehicle, Anahi Castaneda initially replied to me via email. Since then she has not returned any phone messages. When I called back and spoke with another person in sales, he informed me that they charge $10,000.00 over MSRP, period. After purchasing numerous vehicles over the years, I will never do business with them again and will make it a point to ensure that no friends, family or acquaintances have any dealings with them as well.

I've been a customer at AUTONATION Wesy Austin for almost two decades. I keep coming back because of the folks I friended there and the bond we have built. With that said, in recent days when I have had to take my vehicle in for service it takes so long to get it back. I dont know if they are short staffed or just overwhelmed with vehicles needing service. That has been my only issue.
