Autonation Chevrolet West found us the car we wanted last

Autonation Chevrolet West found us the car we wanted last December when nobody else had any cars to sell. When we went to get our car serviced I noticed the large inventory of new cars and trucks now in stock. Their service department was fast and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle or get their Chevy serviced.

These people sell their vehicles with a 100 day

These people sell their vehicles with a 100 day powertrain warranty ... I had problems with the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that they sold me within the 1st few days ... They had to send it to the Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Dealership and they did pay over $5,000.00 to get it repaired ... Immediately after I got it back from them the battery was so low that it began to drag really bad when I would start it up ... I took it to O'Reilly Autoparts so they could check if it was the battery not holding charge or the alternator not charging it ... They told me that it was the battery not holding charge so I called AutoNation and they were telling me that this would be the last repair that they would be providing for me under that 100 day warranty, even though I still had approx 35 days left on it ... It continues to give me the same original problem where for the 1st 30 miles after I fill up of gas and I'm at a stop light or driving really slow it shifts in and out of neutral all on it's own with the dash light saying that I need to put it in park before I can put it in drive again and 50% of the time it even dies out ... AutoNation told me that I'm on my own with any further repairs cause they already put too much money into it, even though I still have approx 30 days of warranty left on it ... I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership again and I do NOT recommend anyone else to either !!!

I recently bought a 2014 Tahoe, found it on the site the evening before I went in on the following morning. All the folks from each department that I dealt with were easy to work work and did not try to convince me to buy a lot of add in things. I did go with the extended service package that was available to add on. It was a smooth experience and I’ll check back with them when I am ready for my next vehicle.
