Why make an appointment?
I made 8:45a apptmnt for an oil change several days in advance. The day before the apptmnt I called to speak to my assigned service advisor to add the replacement of an antenna base to my ticket. He was not available so the service operator took my info which included the needed part numbers. On the morning of my appt I arrived 15 min. early (8:30a) and explained to my assigned service advisor that I have an apptmnt for an oil change and called yesterday to add the antenna base replacement. I also explained that we have a newborn at home and I need to take my wife a Dr. Appt. at 2p. At 10a I inquired as to the progress and was told they are working on it. A walk to the back lot showed the truck had yet to have been moved. I asked the service adviser what was up and he said showed in his system that it was being worked on. By 11:30a my truck still hadn't moved although the service writer said they were going to start on it now but it would take a few hrs. I asked for my keys because I didn't have that long. When he brought me the keys I asked if the oil change was done and his response was, "you wanted an oil change?". It was then that I was told it doesn't make difference to have an appt. other than to make sure parts are on hand. Aweful experience, 3 hrs I won't get back and no work done on my truck!

Unhappy
After finding the reasonably priced F150 on cars.com I contacted the dealer by email and asked if this was the actual selling price plus TTL? Yes was the response. When I spoke with a salesman on the phone I was informed there would be addendums added that was not negotiable, I asked how much? Answer, don't quote me on these prices, but no more than $20 or $30 a month added to your note. Asked for him to send me a quote, still waiting. In summary the advertised price is only to get leads not the selling price. Buyers Beware.

RIP OFF!
Took my 2012 F-150 to Katy Ford to have corroded Battery terminal connector replaced due to original battery had bad cell and caused corrosion. They replaced the entire cable assembly, which was still in working order instead of the connector. Charged me $1115.41 to replace a $7.00 item!!!!! (Replaced similar item on my Toyota at AutoZone for $7.00!) When I asked for the replaced part they took off the vehicle so that I could check for defect, they were unable to produce it! WOULD NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE TO THIS DEALER FOR REPAIR!.

Autonation Ford In Katy Texas-Awesome!
I had the pleasure of working with Autonation Ford. They were a pleasure to work and do business with. My sales guy didn't just try to sell me a vehicle, he listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond what I would have expected. I wasn't in the market right away for a vehicle but wanted to do my research ahead of time. I was helped through the entire process of ordering the truck and kept me updated on build and shipment of the car. The final signing of the car went very smoothly, I worked with a efficient and fast finance manager named Craig who walked me though all the additional programs offered. All in all, if you are looking for a Ford in the Houston area I would recommend Autonation Ford of Katy. Great people, Great service, Great Cars!

Worst in Customer Service
I made an appointment for service on day prior to reporting. Assigned to Mark, I entered the service entrance on a Wednesday and found the garage-type doors close. A male instructed me to go right and turn left. There were no signs to indicate where to do so I traveled until i located a short line of cars. Since no ne acknowledged my presence and thinking i was in the incorrect area, I exited the vehicle and made inquiries. i was told the service dept moved that morning and they were setting up the office. I watched approx 6 males shuffliing around an area with no elbow room, servicing themselves. A young man approached and i informed him of the appointment. He seemed all too eager to pass me on. Another young man approached stating he was Mark and inquired as to why i was there. I thought the question was odd because i detailed the reason for the visit when teh appointment was scheduled. I expressed my frustration at the continued issues with a 2013 Ford Edge and was brushed off when he rattled out the cost of diagnosing the vehicle. Needing a ride to the Park and Ride, I was reassured that the shuttle driver was aware of my need; however, the driver left and it would be another non-guaranteed 30 mins before I would leave the area. The area was cramped with no waiting space. Mark called the shuttle driver and spoke in Spanish and from my understanding, my description was " gordito," (yes Mark, I know Spanish). Needless to say, I left, NEVER TO RETURN. Sterling McCall accepted me in no time. Serivce provider was ready with all the paperwork, Juan the shuttle driver is the most cordial, pleasant and presentable person. I am on cloud nine with Sterling McCall Ford. I will NEVER return to Autonation Ford for anything.

The facility is absolutely looking great and the employees there have always been exceptional and I always get my Ford's serviced there and now I just traded my old Mustang in for a new one.

I had a great experience purchasing my Ford F-150. Great pricing and a very easy process. I walked in knowing what I wanted and walked out the same day with a new F-150. They have a great website and lots of inventory, check them out!

It's nice to be back in a Ford
I traded in my Rav4 for the Ford Escape. The facility was undergoing renovation, but it looks like it's going to be awesome when finished. The buiying process is always a challenge - all the going back and forth with manager, etc., but it was about as painless an experience as one could get. Chuck McCloud was my sales guy and he was very professional, and took good care of me. I love my Escape!
