Great buying experience!

I bought a 2014 Ford F250 from the folks at Autonation Ford Katy. Thankfully, the folks at Autonation were great to work with. I have NEVER experienced a company that has gone to such lengths to make a customer happy. I am very satisfied with their service and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. They truly exceded my expectations.

Tom was a great help in service department. I needed to have some work done and needed an appointment and i was able to come on the day i needed to come in and it was done in a reasonable amount of time and it ended up being covered under warranty and had to pay nothing out of my own pocket.

Everytime I visit I don't Autonation Ford Katy to service my Ford vehicles I always deal with David Robinson. My family and I service our vehicles there over the past years and David Robinson is always taken great care of us.

I experienced exceptional service. From beginning to end. I was shown honesty and fully knowledgeable about the Ford. I traded in my old Ford and purchased a new F150. The new features I have are very high tech and my sales guy Chris showed me well.

It couldn't have been any easier!

I was looking for a f250 the same style as my old truck. Well that style isn't as popular as it used to be so Mike did some searching and found a few around town. They weren't exactly what I wanted so he suggested that I could order one built for me. So I did and still got the best price in town not to mention the easiest and fastest car buying experience. Thanks guys

Purchased a 2014 Ford Focus SE - First Ford Ever

After buying Honda Civics all my life I wanted to change up the brand and find a car with more comfort and style. After researching top selling small cars I passed on Mazda3 and KIA and became very interested in the Ford Focus. I initially wanted to start across the road at Mac Haik Ford but ran across David Simpson during my online shopping experience. He gave me the usual line I would expect to hear from a car salesman, "Come on down, our objective is too price competitively online and in the area." Well I was surprised to find such a better dealership just a few miles down I-10 West - Autonation Ford in Katy, Texas. Well, David Simpson and his team were being very honest and they did not have to do any selling at all, Ford had huge rebate incentive offers off the sticker price. I was really put at ease when I discovered I did not have to haggle or negotiate because the savings were more than I planned to negotiate or even ask for. So I decided I better just test drive this car before I actually bought it. David threw me the keys and said to take it out and just simply left me alone to test drive and think about the car. As soon as I pulled out the lot gunned it down I-10 and made a u-turn I knew it was the car. At first I was not really prepared on the exact model and upgrades but David Simpson found my car! I felt extremely confident the Ford Focus SE with the SE appearance package had everything I wanted in a car and it does. Thank you David Simpson and your team for making my car buying experience a very easy and simple process. Do yourself a favor and start here when doing your car shopping!

After 4 Honda Civics I wanted to check out a new brand. Ford Focus is rated top 5 in small cars. I was about to head I to Make Haik Ford and ran across David Simpson with Autonation Ford Katy. They beat everyone's price and David and his internet sales team made the whole buying experience so simple and positive that I could not help but share this review. Before u buy anywhere check this place out everyone here looks out for the customer no gimmicks.

I Should Have Shopped Here First!

After an aweful experience with another dealership, I was referred to Auto Nation Ford - Katy. I have to say this was the the best shopping experience ever! Janie (Internet Sales Manager) informed me exactly what I needed to bring in order to complete the transaction. Craig, Kneisly (Finance Manager) finalized everything in a timely manner and was a pleasure to work with. I will be sending tons of business their way. Do yourself a favor and start here when doing your car shopping!
