AutoNation Ford Katy

Searching via the internet, I found the certified pre-owned Fusion that I wanted. I then emailed AutoNation Ford - Katy. My email was answered by salesman John Knight. Without making the 2 hour drive to Katy, I was able to make the deal on the Fusion but also my trade in. I then made the drive to Katy and finished the purchase. The buying experience was pleasant. Mr. Knight made certain I was taken care of during all steps of purchase, trade in and financing. I would definitely recommend AutoNation Ford Katy and would definitely purchase from them again. I had started emailing with my salesman Ryan Davis a few weeks before I actually went to AutoNation Katy to purchase my 2014 Ford Fiesta. I had been thinking that I needed a newer car than my 2008 that I was driving even though it was was still a good little car. Ryan and all the rest of the people at AutoNation Katy were very nice and helpful and made it very easy to decide to go ahead and purchase the Fiesta over another make of car that I was considering. It's only been a few days, but I'm loving driving my new car and look forward to having it for many more years to come.

We drove from San Antonio to buy a 2014 Mustang . It was worth the drive and Mike Cybulski was very nice and made everything well worth the trip. We are Happy witht Mustang.

I was not in the market for a new truck at this time, but I was having some troubles with my older model. After the repair shop performed the diagnostics, I did not want you put the kind of money it was going to take to get the older model up to where it once was. I was very fortunate that my Service Representative understood the situation, took me to the Sales Manager who personally assigned a Salesman to take care of me. He showed me both new and used based on my minimum requirements. I ultimately decided on a new truck, but I never felt pressured whatsoever to make a rush decision. Once the decision was made, it was not much more than a couple of hours and I was on my way in my new Ford!

I'll make it short. Beware if you buy a used car from these jokers. When they tell you about the 52-point inspection each used vehicle goes through, it is BS. If you decide to buy a used car from them, you should take it to an independent shop to have it looked over before signing any papers. These people will lie to you without blinking an eye.

We had looked at a few other truck dealers (not Ford), and decided on Ford. Can absolutely say have not met a nicer and more honest car salesman than Jonathon Sacks. Worked tirelessly with us and seemed to know everything about the F-150. Liked the finance man too, Craig Kneisly, very personable. Everyone at the dealership is very polite and helpful, from the trade in to the salesman. I cannot speak to the service since I have a new vehicle and haven't used them yet. I would recommend them to a friend or family member.

We visited the used car lot several times. We explained to Amine Chaachou what we were looking for and when a car came in that he thought we might be interested in he sent an email/text with pictures. Finally a car arrived that was exactly what I needed and we got a good price too! Love the car and Amine! Will definitely buy from AutoNation again! Thanks Amine for all your hard work!

After searching and searching endlessly for a car within my price range that wasnt a complete hunk of junk i finally found one at Autonation. Youre probably thinking everyone searches endlessyly right, well my search was the worst! i was turned around left and right and given sky high APRs because of my credit history. I had so many pushy car salesmen, and sale hungry managers try to "shake me down" but it was totally different at AutoNation! Roy was wonderful and made the experience super easy. I bought my 2013 Kia Forte Koupe with only 9K miles on it for a steal! He made me very comfortable, worked with my busy work schedule, didnt feed me any cheesy car shark lies, and laid eveything out! i was in and out in about an hour and the car was everything i wanted and more!! I have been taken advantage of by car salesmen before but not this time. the finance manager showed me everything he did, every bank, every piece of paper and all of the fine print!! If ever i were to suggest a dealership (which i dont...EVER) i would reccomend AutoNation Katy. THANKS SOOOO MUCH GUYS!!
