I first went to this location 2022 where I met Gunner and

I first went to this location 2022 where I met Gunner and he was helpful with helping me secure my first truck. Unfortunately, I had to sell it back after few months of owning it due to relocation. Fast forward 3 years later, I decided to go back here to see if a truck would catch my eyes again. Gunner still works there and he was able to help me again to secure another truck I found and liked. Gunner and Dain were awesome and very helpful, they made the process seamless and easy. thanks to them, I got something I wanted.

Good experience.

Good experience. Salesperson (Myriam) was very attentive and made sure we were treated fairly. Very happy with the truck, although we have experienced one issue where the backup camera froze. The problem eventually cleared itself. Will be monitoring moving forward.

John Navarro was amazing.

John Navarro was amazing. He went above and beyond to help me purchase my vehicle not only does he knowledgeable, but he is also extremely personable and friendly. He made me feel completely ease during what most feel is a stressful time. I felt completely relaxed and at ease with John he made my experience. Vehicle Carfax and sales representative claimed fresh

Vehicle Carfax and sales representative claimed fresh service including oil change. 2 days of ownership and “Maintenance Required” dash light comes on. Written on contract is notation that 2nd Keyfob is owed to purchaser. Have tried to contact Draeton 4 times, twice via phone and twice via phone voice mail. No return call or email. This is not good business practice. I would hope to resolve this as soon as possible. Just follow through with what was represented.

I tried again yesterday to contact Draeton with no response. I called main number three times and requested pre-owned sales and no one picked up the phone. ?????????

Ten days and NO RESPONSE. I am disappointed to say the least.

Service was excellent.

Service was excellent. I received daily communication from Randall my Service Manager and when Randall was off, Donald, the Service Manager took care of me personally. Excellent experience compared to Randall Reed/Planet Ford who struggled to even return calls. After 5 attempts with them I called AutoNation Ford in Katy and had a service experience equal or beyond what I had at Audi and BMW. Highly recommend this dealership for service!

AutoNation Ford is fair honest and the best dealer close by our home in Katie Texas. Ennis Mcknight, our sales person is also honest fair and a great individual to work with and do business with. I would recommend the dealership and sales person to anyone wanting a Ford automobile.

The salesman was very courteous the gentleman that did our paperwork explained everything very clearly and gave some good information problem is we still don’t have the car and my granddaughter still paying for the rental car
