AutoNation Ford Katy

My husband and I purchased a used F350 (2022) from this dealer that was still under manufacture warranty April 2025, along with an extended 3 year/175,000. They have failed to file the warranty. I can't get it serviced and cannot get anyone on the phone to file it. It has been broken and unusable for most of July! No one at the store will answer the phone and when the service department (they do answer) looks at it, they can do nothing because the sales and finance departments have failed to file the warranty. This should be a quick fix, but I have been dealing with it for weeks. Their custormer service is lacking. Danny McCormick and Jamie Rojas have done nothing to address the issue. I have even called the warranty people and they are stuck without Danny and Jamie doing their jobs. I am sitting with a vehicle that does not function because no one at Auto nation Katy cares. Take your busienss elsewhere. NOTHING is worth this!

Salesman knowledgeable about vehicle we purchased and answered any questions arose. Salesman was very happy to show me as many vehicles as I wanted to look at or drive.

Roman is one of the best sales persons I dealt with. His caring about us was exceptional. Also Bryan the accountant was extremely helpful. I enjoyed my experience with them.

We greeted immediately upon arrival. Omar listened to what we were looking for and found a vehicle that fit our needs to test drive. We ultimately loved a similar vehicle in the showroom and we were able to negotiate a fair price and take home a car we loved.
