Elena and Maurice did an absolutely AMAZING Job!!! Both were so nice and pleasant to deal with. Purchase process was smooth and I got exactly what I wanted in my 2025 Ford Mustang GT premium. My dad even purchased a new 2025 Ford Lariat while we waited to pick up my car. Great service wouldn’t want to do business with anyone else. Highly recommend Elena and Maurice.

I arrived at AutoNation on Saturday, April 19th and was promptly attended to by the service tech. Mario did an exceptional job detailing what services were needed at 60k and the prices for each item. Further, my oil service job was done within a very reasonable time. I believe under an hour along with the tire rotation and brake check included. I highly recommend seeing Mario and AutoNation Katy for your mechanic needs. Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

Good experience with salesperson. I do wish I had been clearly told of the flaws on the vehicle since I bought sight unseen. It was a used vehicle so of course not perfect.

Received a promotion in the mail regarding "Spring
Received a promotion in the mail regarding "Spring Service Health for Your Vehicle" Since we already had other work scheduled, I contacted our service manager and he was aware of the promotion (which included a $15 gift card). I called the phone number listed and was told to expect the gift card at the dealership. It wasn't there and no one knew anything about a "winning ticket" display with a $2,500 cash prize. Very disappointing.
