Dealership is excellent in providing service quickly and checking all the boxes for being up-to-date. Accommodations while waiting are enjoyable with snacks and TV so even with a minor wait all is good.

I brought my Mini Convertible in for the 10,000 mile
I brought my Mini Convertible in for the 10,000 mile check up and oil change. Once again I was greeted by Matt with the upmost courtesy. I feel very confident bringing my car to Orlando mini even though it is over an hour to get there. I will continue to bring my car there.

I have been using Orlando MINI since 2019. They’ve been very good to me. They’ve always worked with me with all the issues very professional very personable. My last visit Tiffany was the service rep that worked with me. She went above and beyond and help me with getting my repairs done, my hats off the to the crew. They did a fantastic job and worked with me on pricing so forth.

We are a two Mini car family.
We are a two Mini car family. 2013 Mini Countryman and a 2019 JCW Mini Cooper. We have been taking our cars to Fields Mini the entire time and have nothing but glowing recommendations for this location. Tiffany is our service advisor and love working with her. Tiffany’s communication, follow through, passion and willingness to assist make her an asset to the Field’s team. 10s across the board for all her hard work. Plus as a bonus, we can talk about our dogs and cats while working with her which makes the experience more personalized.
