MINI service is great

Always a great experience at Orlando MINI. They are the main reason I bought my second MINI. Service experience is sooooo much better than the mainstream dealers.

Great service team

Honest and friendly service. They even record the service and send it to your phone. Pretty cool. Most comfortable waiting area I've ever been in.

Love my Mini and take good care of it Orlando Mini

Even though it is quite a distance to go there, I believe it is the best service for my Mini. The key holds the maintenance schedule so it is like the car can talk to you 😳 This time the technician took a video of the exam under the car and talked through the condition, showing what he was looking at…was very happy to hear him say “this is like a new car 🚗 “. He sent it to me on e-mail. My Mini is from 2009, and going strong. And, personnel are like friends. I miss Anthony, but Tiffany is great too, always giving updates to waiting time, etc. The car wash is always an appreciated bonus. Don’t forget the coffee and goodies, now packaged for Covid safety. There is a TV and WiFi to pass the waiting time. Thanks to everyone at Fields Mini Orlando … Jeanie Williamson

Service light not fixed

It is always very good, but this time after I drove away, one service light was left on, but it was getting late so I didn’t go back. I would like a call back to see when I can quickly get in and have it completed.

Review

Good experience. I ordered an electric 2022 Mini Cooper in July. The sales department was patient with me and guided me and sent me updates on progress of production of the mini in England. Was informed of a chip shortage so the mini does the auto park option. But mini is small parallel parking is not an issue. The mini arrived just before thanksgiving. Received update and instructions for payment in advance so that taking possession of my mini was fairly seamless. The detailing was very good. Took the mini back next day so the paint sealant , forgot what they call it, could be applied. Took 2 hours for process. Guess only exception is the mileage I am getting on a charge. I was hoping for at least 150 miles get around 100. But this is my town car. If I want a road trip will take my rv. My family, friends and neighbors are impressed with the looks of the mini. By the way her name is Miss Sassy. White silver paint. Black trim, black rims. Have acquired a cover for Miss Sassy to protect the paint from tree sap and squirrel and bird dropping.

Great place, great bunch of people. They know there cars if you have Mini that’s the place to go. Place is super comfortable to wait for your car.

Best Service Ever!

Tiffany graciously greeted me when I arrived even though I had not made an appointment. I was having trouble with my tires and they quickly fit me in to evaluate my issues. I received texts and a video from the technician who was working on my car. That is such an awesome feature. He explains what he is doing and seeing. They have a very nice waiting area for their customers with hot and cold beverages available. I was in and out very quickly. It turned out to be a minor problem but they corrected it and said I was good to go. There wasn’t even a charge. They also washed my car! I asked about a few other things and Tiffany told me exactly what needed to be done and when I should make the appointment to follow up with them. I am not car smart at all and I appreciated her laying it out for me. They could have said I needed it all done now as I was willing to do whatever they said I should. I loved that they made me feel that their priorities are client over profit. I have already told friends and family about my experience with them. It’s so nice to feel you can trust their word when they tell you what your car needs!

Dishonest sale practices

To be honest right now I feel sick to my stomach…I feel totally betrayed by Mini Orlando. I feel like my good nature and my very busy schedule have been exploited. Mini Orlando offered me an insulting amount for my trade in, even though I proved I had spent over $14,000 with Mini Orlando in the past 4 years keeping the car in top working order with only cosmetic issues. I naively hoped Mini Orlando would make some offer on the car and improve the poultry sum already offered …I was wrong and believe Mini Orlando’s lies even though I had researched the car was worth at least $4,600…Now to add insult to injury I find Mini Orlando bold face offering my old car for sale for $8,995 that is 450% pure profit! It is Dishonest! I cannot believe Mini Orlando would willingly take advantage of me like that. I am certainly giving Mini Orlando negative reviews by every means necessary, and I am also weighing my options to seeking legal counsel on the matter. Understand Mini Orlando lied to me…Mini Orlando told me my car was not worth that much…clearly by Mini Orlando’s actions it was…I could understand making as 100% profit, but 450% is just dishonest. I feel cheated and worst exploited. I trusted Mini Orlando with my business, and this is how that trust is repaid…playing me for a fool. As it stands right now Mini Orlando has lost me as a customer.

Horrible

The worst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle Liars, classless. More like a buy here pay here. Don't visit. Trust me. They have no idea what they are doing.
