Experience was excellent.

Experience was excellent. Dealing with Jason as always was first class service. I left him a message, he immediately called me back, found the vehicle i was interested in and was able to get me right in hassle free. The rest of the sales floor was very friendly and kept me entertained while my vehicle was finalized. Always a pleasure and my go to dealership/sales team…. Thank you Jason and Helms Team.

I've been to many dealerships before and I've dealt with

I've been to many dealerships before and I've dealt with many dishonest sales reps. Jason Chen is not one of them, Jason is a very good sales rep and will take very good care of you. He'll work very hard to earn your trust and business. I highly recommend Jason Chen for anyone looking to get a Mercedes Benz. My family has been dealing with Helms Bros. for almost 50 years. Helms Bros is a very good dealership compared to other Mercedes dealerships. While my family has been dealing with Helms Bros for a very long time, I made a mistake with my last Mercedes Benz and went to the Mercedes dealership in Roslyn. Big Mistake!! They tried to scam me, lie to me, and do everything a Used car dealership would do to rip you off. So, I went back to Helms Bros. for my current car which I got during the summer of 2023. Unfortunately, the new car I got is having a lot of issues and I'm hoping Helms Bros. will take care of me and make everything right. For now, I'm giving Helms Bros. 5 stars. I will post updates in the future.

I just had a conversation with Suzanne Cochrane, the General Manager at Helms Bros. and I must say that she is truly amazing. This is what sets Helms Bros. apart from other Mercedes Benz dealerships - they have such great people like Suzanne who are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. After speaking with her over the phone, I feel much more at ease and I know that I can trust Suzanne to handle any issues with my new car. She is incredibly supportive and I am so glad that she has my back.

It took 3 hours to go through the process of taking

It took 3 hours to go through the process of taking delivery of a vehicle I was leasing. It appears that there isn't a clear reproducible process in place to get things done in a timely manner. Sorry but this is unacceptable in todays day and age.

This post is in followup to my initial post regarding my experience at Helms Bros. Since that time Suzanne, the GM, reached out to me to discuss where things went wrong. Her concern about the details and her willingness to try to "make things right", rather than just brush it under the rug, is to be applauded. This reflects the fact that the dealership wants their customers to be satisfied, which is something that has become increasingly more difficult to find in today's auto industry. First rate customer service after the sale is a major component of the ownership experience. I give them 5 stars for this.

Helms service was a luxury, top-tier experience.

Helms service was a luxury, top-tier experience. I was having a problem with a presafe functions pop up in my GLC 2019 I purchased from them. I came in directly from the road, and was helped immediately. The center itself is very clean and nice with Mercedes gear, snacks, coffee and drinks, and even a computer room! I grabbed a kiwi strawberry capri sun and a chewy granola bar. There was an area for Uber/Lyft and mine was there under a minute! Just got the call that they have fixed the car!! Remarkle service.

Very quick process to get approved, and a nice Team to work with. Kathleen is a sweetheart to work with, We met over the phone and I trusted her right from the conversation. I purchased my car on a Thursday and my car was delivered to St. Louis by Sunday
