I have purchased 2 cars from this outstanding sales lady. I won't talk to anyone else! One day I hope she is available to find cars for my children.

25 years with Helm's Bros!

I have been a faithful customer at Helm's Bros. for many years and have had a mostly positive experience there (with one possible exception which was promptly and efficiently handled by the General Manager). I have never had a service representative as excellent as Jack Liparoto! I am always hopeful that he is still there when I make a service appointment and so far have not been disappointed! He always takes my calls (or quickly returns them if I leave a message) and could not be more helpful and anxious to please. I am hopeful that he and I both will be around for the next 25 years and want to recommend him for a raise! Is anybody reading this that could help in that respect??? LOL!

The Best Customer Service

On the one month anniversary of the purchase of our new Mercedes, I think back to the superb handling of every aspect of our purchase from Helms Bros Inc. Thank you Sir Jeffrey Stampler for your excellent salesmanship and attention to every detail. I used the title "Sir" because Mr. Stampler is such a gentleman. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove of with a gifted rose for my wife , the customer service was the best I ever experienced. In the month to follow Helms Brothers Inc. has followed through with correspondences relating to every concern one could have after the purchase of a new vehicle. I would highly recommend going to Helms Bros !!!

Effortless!!!

Helm's Bros. is the quintessential Mercedes-Benz dealership. Besides the new 2018 GLC 300 4 Matic being a real charmer, Helms made the experience effortless. From Jeffrey Stampler, my twice Salesman, to Greg, Jennifer and Suzanne (up the chain of good and fair professionals (Sales Manager, General Sales Manager and General Manager respectively) to the lovely human being Douglas Callahan, owner and CEO of Helms, what can I say other than what I have said herein above. PETER FEARON at Helms Bro

PETER FEARON. Ever had that stabbing dread of entering a Car Dealership due to the sudden urge of adrenaline coursing through your veins - your body's way of preparing for the inevitable/unavoidable funky sales tactics, mind games performed by shady Car Salesmen? Well, NOT with Peter Fearson at Helms Bro. I was very fortunate that my brother had introduced me to Peter Fearon who sold him a car three years ago. (If this example of repeat business wasn't enough for you then continue to read on). Upon being introduced to Peter Fearon, all of my nerves seemed to subside, as you can immediately tell, Peter is not one of those "shady" car salesmen. His utmost professional behavior is coupled by the reassurance of his humor, kind, and non-aggressive approach. Peter advised me of ALL the solutions possible to help me get rid of my lease by letting my brother and me make our own decision. He tirelessly worked on making sure the numbers made me HAPPY. I honestly felt that he was looking out for my best interest and that's all that really matters - an act of Altruism that is easy by definition, but difficult to execute. I really hope that you choose Peter Fearon to help guide you in your next choice of vehicle. You wont regret it.
