It was my first time leasing a car of any kind and I was very pleased with the level of service, especially from my dealer, Herman Ospina. He was pleasant and kind, helpful and always did his best to answer all questions I had. There was a small issue with the arrival date of my leased car but he solved the problem for my very readily and I was extremely happy with the prompt arrival of my car. I've emailed a couple of times with questions and Herman's always replied within the hour. I also received a number of phone calls and emails, both from the secretary at Helms Bros and from the Technician that will be in charge of all maintenance of my vehicle. This is definitely the level of service I expect from a Mercedes Benz dealership.

Michael Nekava is a top class salesman at Helms bros. He was very helpful and absolutely took care of everything and made sure this process was painless. The service center was great as well had extended hours so was convenient for after work, was able to drop my car and pick up a loaner same day. My car was ready the next day, was provided updates by Sean and great service when I met him at the center. This process was seamless and was orchestrated by Michael and Sean

This was our first time shopping at Helms Bros Bayside. My mother was looking for a new car an upgrade from her 17 year old car. This was a big change and our Salesman Michael Lana was beyond helpful and patient. We test drove two different cars and ended up with the second test drive. Michael was very informative explaining all the features and differences between the cars all the while asking my mother what she prefers in a car so he can help narrow down the choices. He immediately informed us of the promotions going on for each car and told us he would try work with us for the price range we were looking for. He dedicated majority of the his day to my family and made the process literally effortless. I have been to many dealerships in my life and this was the easiest dealership I have visited to purchase a car. I highly recommend them and Michael Lana for their customer service and professionalism.

This was my first experience shopping at the Helms Bros. Dealership. I decided to go their after having read great reviews of their operation and having "not-so-great" experiences at other dealerships. I have to say that Jeffrey Stampler made the process of obtaining my lease enjoyable and effortless. He was honest and provided the utmost professionalism while working to secure the exact vehicle I wanted. His knowledge expertise of the Mercedes Benz brand is outstanding. He dedicated as much time as I wanted during the test drive and went above and beyond demonstrating the features of the vehicle. I couldn't have gotten luckier having him as my Sales Associate. My vehicle was delivered on time and turned out better than I could have expected.

Andi Lin is simply the BEST. He is my adviser since 2010. He's a very pleasant guy and very helpful. He explained clearly what need to be done in my car and even accommodate me even with a short notice.

This is the second mercedes i've gotten from Helms bros. The salesman, Jeffrey Stampler, goes out of his way to get you the best price, and thoroughly goes over all your options. One time I needed to add some oil to my car in between oil changes and he came to my job and put a quart in.
