This is my 2nd lease with Mike. He's truly a trustworthy guy. I know most people wouldn't associate that word with sales people, but this has really been my experience with Mike. He made the whole car-buying experience extremely simple, and pleasant. Of course, being ever a skeptic, I always look up prices on the internet (usually on trucars.com), and his price always beat trucars.com's best prices. Usually, the whole process would be something like the following -- I tell Mike what I need => he looks out for good deals, and let's me know when something comes up => I look up the price, and his always comes out on top => Then I buy the car. I tend to think finding a good car sales is just as hard as finding a good mechanic. I am just glad that I lucked out, and found Mike.

There's a reason why I chose to come out all the way to Queens despite having a Mercedes Benz in Brooklyn, professionalism. I recently purchased a c43 from Helms Bros because of how simple the process was. There was no "we don't test drive those cars" or "it's up to the managers discretion" when it came to trying out my vehicle prior to my purchase. I called Helms Bros after being hung up on by MB of Brooklyn when inquiring about the c43, despite telling two different staff members of MB Brooklyn that I was able to test drive the coupe version the previous Friday and would like to test the sedan version. When receiving my call at Helms Bros, I was immediately directed to a knowledgeable staff member, Mr. Michael Altamura. He took down some basic information and set up a test drive of the car I was interested in with no questions or hesitation. The process was very smooth throughout the purchase and he was more than accommodating and incredibly professional. If you're thinking of making a purchase/lease on a vehicle, be sure to do so here. Ask for Mr. Altamura as well, hes absolutely fantastic.

Danny has made our service experience excellent as compared to all the other brand ( Range Rove, BMW & Lexus) service departments. Danny always and I mean always returns our calls promptly and has our car ready before the promised time. Danny gets to know you and your needs and works around your schedule to accommodate you. I can't rave enough about his professionalism, it's employees like Danny that keep you coming back. Thanks Danny for spoiling us, I don't think any other dealer or advisor can match your standard, you have set the bar very high.

My 2015 S550 had a rattle in the front end. Ron Karp insisted on riding with me to hear the problem. He was incredibly helpful. Carmine Gonzales my service advisor and Ron spent 5 days looking for the problem. They were so diligent. After trying many different things they located the problem and fixed it. Believe me this was a very unusual problem and they both kept at it. They just were all about quality. Never met 2 people like them. I have been their customer for 9 years through 3 cars and they never let me down. Thank you guys!!!!!

I never thought I would own a Mercedes but Mike Altamura at Helms Bros made it happen! He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, honest, easy to work with and highly accommodating. We walked into Helms Brothers to look around....an hour later we had picked a car that was beautiful and what we had in mind. We worked with Maurice Martin, salesperson, and never felt pressured and was treated very professionally. By the end of the meeting, you felt that Maurice was truthful with you and you felt confident that your car was the right one. His manager, John Kunz was also very friendly and professional. If you are to deal with Helms Brothers Inc, look for Maurice Martin.

I'll keep this short, sweet, and to the point. My experience with Helms Bros was nothing short of being positive. Kevin is an upbeat, humble, and knowledgeable salesperson. He sells by building relationships, not pushing product. Coming from a sales background myself, I found it very comfortable to work with him. The moment we finished our test drive, I already knew I wanted to buy my E class here. Price was only 10% of my decision making process that day. The other 90% was me liking the person sitting on the other side of that desk. I did, and I'll be back again when our other lease comes due in a few months. Greg Weiss in finance was also great in getting this all put together. I like people who call on time when they say they will. Greg's one of them, and I appreciate that a lot. I stopped i Sunday with my son and Maurice Martin met us . He spent a lot of time with us . Martin was very professional, courteous, informative and patient. with us. We went back Tuesday and purchased a vehicle through martin. And again he was very helpful and answered many questions from me. It was getting late when we finished and Martin offered to meet with me again to go over all the features on the car. I would highly recommend Martin to anyone looking for a professional salesperson .

He takes time to listen to what you want and balances that with how you intend to use your car as well as other restrictions (e.g., budget) to find the right car for you. Due to his unrelenting concern with keeping the cost of my lease within my budget, and related matters, I will never lease or buy a car from anyone else.
