Jason Xenos was the dealer who walked me through my purchase of a new Mercedes E300. I am someone who knows very little about cars and Jason made sure that I purchased a car I would be very comfortable with. He was able to answer all my questions and had an excellent knowledge of the vehicle. He showed me how to use all the electronic equipment in the car in a way I could easily comprehend. The purchasing process went quickly and smoothly and I was driving my new car in a very short time. I love my new car and also love the idea that I can call Helm's any time with whatever questions I may have. I highly recommend this dealership!!!

The service rep is definitely not the best I've met and I've been to quite a few Mercedes benz dealerships. Needs to improve on relating with customers.

I received the best service from Michael Nekava @ Helms Brothers. I have owned several cars but this has been by far the best experience ever Mike made everything super easy.His service has not stopped he has called me to make sure my car has been running smooth , to see if I have any questions on how to work the features in the car ect.. I will definitely refer Mike to my family & friends.
