Mark Ma at Helms Bros sold me a 2014 Mercedes C300 Luxury 4Matic with 15K Miles. For a fresh foreigner who never knew that I even needed a New York driving license to insure and own a car, I was humbled and thrilled by the guidance; the patience; and the positive attitude that everyone seemed to have. The machine is in mint condition and I'm loving the rides everyday. I was received and assisted in all ways necessary. The car and the process was an early Christmas gift for me. Great dealership with personal service
I Had the best experience with the Helms Brothers dealership . Not only were Ronald Dent and John Kunz professional and knowledgeable. They made the experience seamless. They knew the Ins and outs of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. They put my husband and myself at ease making this major purchase. Jason was excellent with respect to the financing . Excellent service! Ask for Kathleen Baade! When it comes to customer service she knows the meaning of excellent customer service. I highly recommend if you're looking to own a Benz or any other car please go to this dealership. They live up to their words and go above and beyond for their customers. I walked in without any appointment double minded if I will buy an E-350 or 5- series (I previously had two beamers) but they changed my mind. Also, I went to two other Mercedes dealers but unfortunately had to walk-out. The financial manager('Jon Saint-Louis") kept it very simple and got us approved right away. And off-course the Sales Manager- John Kunz what a great guy, this guy knows what "World Class Treatment" is and he makes sure his customers get the best. I had to give an award for the most professional outstanding and value their customer award it would go to Kathleen Baade, John Junz and Jon Saint-Louis from this dealership. I don't regret coming here just wish I had came here sooner. Highly recommended. 5 Stars

Leased GLC 300
My wife and I bought a VW Jetta for our daughter about thirteen years ago, and she followed up and bought one herself when she returned to the NY area about seven years ago. We and she had great service from them. This time, after toying with buying a Mercedes for a few years we took the plunge. The dealership is very busy, and the associate I worked with a year ago when considering a purchase wasn't available. I was quickly referred to an associate who was new to the dealership by the efficient front desk. I knew what car and the options that I wanted. The associate Matthew Villacis was not at all pushy on options, and was eager to get me out to do a test drive. Having the ability to experience a test drive during a walk in is sometimes unusual when dealing with BMW or MB dealers, particularly Rallye where they require an appointment, even if you are a previous buyer. Car drove great, and we got to business. My experience in working with lease pricing with other dealerships, both domestic and foreign buyers has been less than ideal if they sense you don't know the formula to calculate monthly payments. While Matt worked up the price on the Helms pricing tool, I did mine on a scratch pad. Our difference was a whopping one cent. We went back and forth on a price for a few minutes, and after the manager came over, we settled after about a two minute discussion. Nothing like the many unprofessional experiences I've had with other dealerships over the years. The car we wanted was not in inventory, but within two days, a car was located and we took delivery one week later. The acceptance and delivery process, including the obligatory visit with the Finance Manager, was less than 90 minutes. Paperwork was easy (my teenage nephew accompanied me and commented that the 640i BMW his parents leased over the summer was a half day event with tons more paperwork for a lease) and after a demo of features we were on our way. If you want to be treated like a very good customer by a very professional staff that is very supportive of new and experienced sales associates, I highly recommend Helms Brothers, and the associate we worked with Matt Villacis.

Professional, Courteous, And Honest Mercedes Expert
Everyone are always skeptical with the infamous "car salesman" pitch. This is my fourth Mercedes lease, second time I have drawn a new lease with Mr. Maurice Martin. He absolutely does not fall into the "car salesman" category. The patience and honesty Mr. Martin possess makes a pessimistic customer like me understand he is offering me the most fair and honest vehicle cost. He is a walking Mercedes encyclopedia. He was able to answer all my concerns. Always followed up on my emails or texts. If you want a the best Mercedes financial expert, look for Mr. Maurice Martin.
