I walked in to Helms Brothers just to get an appraisal for my 2008 e350 and had no intention of buying a new Mercedes to be honest. (its hard to drive any other car after driving a Mercedes fora while). However, after talking to Maurice and consulting with him in terms of my options I was really impressed. It took me a few days to reach a decision but when I did, I was given awesome customer service. Maurice was very patient and answered all of our questions. Till this day he has been very attentive to my questions and concerns. They even picked up my car from work to have it serviced! I definitely recommend this dealership!!

I PURCHASED A 2013 ML350 FROM HELM BROTHERS. FROM THE TIME I WAS GREETED AT THE DOOR I WAS PROVIDED WITH UTMOST EXCELLENCE, PROFESIONALISM AND COURTESY. I WAS VERY COMFORTABLE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS AND GIVEN 100% ATTENTION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HELM BROTHER MERCEDES AND MY SALESMAN TO OTHERS. IN THE FUTURE IF I PURCHASE ANOTHER MERCEDES I WOULD DEFINATELY RETURN TO HELM BROTHERS.

I needed get a car due to an accident. I went to Platinum VW in Westbury, NY. The salesman wrote down a price quote for the car I wanted. I then went to Bayside VW with the quote. They warned me that this was just a "tactic" to get a sale. When I returned to Platinum to close the deal, they did not honor the price written for the model discussed. They blamed the computer screen for the pricing error. WOMEN BEWARE! Unfortunately it's still true - bring a man with you to negotiate! This experience at Platinum epitomized the reputation of the sleazy, dishonest car salesperson! I ended up at BAYSIDE VW where they provided OUTSTANDING service recovery and I was happy to give them my business. I gladly recommend the team at BAYSIDE VW! Kudos to Andrew Kovach, Emil Peychev and Angelo Alexiadis.

I had an excellent experience with Willem Frank while I was looking to lease an ML 350 from his dealership. In the past 7 years, I've had my car inspected and serviced none anywhere else except Helms Bros. This so far the one dealership that I trust and can rely on. The quality of the service is superb. I haven't experienced any check up that they cannot fix or diagnosed. They even identify and fix the protential problem to ensure my car is on top shape. My car is handed to me with interior and exterior cleaning even just for the inspection. Old school service but way to go!
