I recently pre-ordered a 2015 C-Class from Helms Bros., and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The receptionist kindly welcomed me when I walked though the door, and all of the employees were interested in offering me a world class experience. Andrea Kass was a pleasure to work with, and she kept me updated on the status of my car on a daily basis. When the factory unexpectedly changed the delivery date, she had a loaner car delivered to my workplace by the end of the day. I was able to use the car on a daily basis until my new car arrived at the dealership. Andrea was easy to communicate with, she responded to e-mails and phone calls almost immediately, and she was truly interested in making me happy. The operation at Helms Bros, from top to bottom, is world class. The employees are exceptional, the customer service is top notch, and everyone there hopes to make your day better. I highly recommend Helms Bros. for your new or pre-owned vehicle, and I look forward to working with them in the future!

From the start of car shopping to the end I had a fabulous experience. Marlon provided excellent customer service. Marlon made my first car shopping experience comfortable. He allowed me to trust him and his knowledge. I purchased a CLA 250 and was moving across states. Marlon was there every step of the way. First off, Maurice Martin is THE GUY. I've called inquirng about a certified C300 and the whole process started by him calling me on his day off. Went in the next day and out the door w/ the new car.
