Satisfied

Used Cadillac Purchase

Everyone was very helpful, friendly and easy to work with. We had our eight year old son with, who can be testy at times, and they made him feel comfortable and right at home, which made the whole process much easier.

Justine and associates get the job done

Justine, Demian and Scott make the best team. My experience at Naplton in Rockford was great. Everything was done so quick. Al my preferences on my car were check on all the electronics before I left so I didn't have to look them up myself. This is the best team I have ever had at a dealership. Very friendly and experienced team. This was my third car from them and will keep going back Betsy

first impression was positive with friendly staff.

Upon arriving in showroom we were greeted with a very friendly young woman Justine who answered all of our questions without any type of pressure.

2 Escalades in 2 months!

I am a long time customer of Napletons and will not buy cars anywhere else. I appreciate all the help and extra care I get from the sales staff and manager Brian Langkamp. They make you feel like your buying from a friend.

Subaru Guy

I have been buying cars for 15 years at Napletons. I live in the city of Chicago and have plenty of dealers in between there and Rockford but I go because of how I get treated. From sales to service I get taken care of. Brian Langkamp the manager always gives me a fair deal.

Easy & Seamless Experience

I stopped in just to inspect and test drive a Subaru Cross Trek. While the Cross Trek easily sold itself with the test drive, I wasn't sure I was ready to make the transition from my trusty Honda to a Subaru. Sales agent, Mike Fisher, however, made some compelling arguments in favor of the Subaru. Plus, I got a fair trade-in for my Honda and the transaction was easy-peasy. It was a smooth buying experience.
