Going above and beyond!

Can car buying be enjoyable? We never thought so before purchasing a vehicle from Napleton Cadillac in Rockford. We told them what was on our wish list and they not only found the car, but found it loaded with more features! They made sure we understood everything about our new car before we even left the lot. And the price was the lowest out of all competitors!! Thank you to JR, Demien and Brian for going above and beyond our expectations!!

Best experience I ever had buying a car!

Salesperson was fantastic! She made me feel comfortable answered all questions and did everything she could to make this a positive experience. She even helped me get set up for service with my other Cadillac that has a tail gate problem which I purchased at another dealer. She even got the car we wanted from another dealer so we could take it on a trip this weekend.

I love my forester!

Bob Fisher is the best! I've never been treated with as much respect as I was when purchasing my Subaru Forester. All my questions were answered and all my concerns were put to rest immediately. Bob and the team did their best giving me the best deal possible. I know I will have many great years with my new car!

Porsche 911

Very satisfied with the experience and Troy Vail! Smooth operation! Easygoing and knowledgeable. The car was very clean and ready to roll when I arrived. Troy showed the car and guided me on. a test drive. It is a blast!

Bought 2 new 2018 Subaru's today.

Nice place. Michael Price and Todd Tifft took excellent care of everything. Michael and Todd are extremely professional and courteous. It really felt like we were getting excellent value and service and I would highly recommend Napleton Subaru in Rockford. Michael showed us how to use all the new toys in our cars with ease. My buying experience

JR is a valuable asset to your team. I am a repeat customer directly related because he treated me with respect even though l was. buying a lower end used vehicle. JR and Brian were great to deal with down to earth and friendly.on my second purchase.. Informative

We stopped at the dealership to look at one car they had on the lot. Impressed with the information given about the car, process buying through this dealership, and financing. They were thorough in everything to make sure we didn’t need to come back to the dealership since we are a fair distance away. Overall good experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy new or used.

2018 Crosstrek purchase
