Very helpful

Bob Fisher was incredibly helpful in getting us through the process of purchasing our new subaru. We came to napletons just starting our search for a new vehicle and found one we really loved. Everyone was very easy to work with and helped make this process so easy for us. Bob was very thourough and knowledgable and answered any and all questions we had. We are very satisfied with our experiene and will be doing business here in the future.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

We found ourselves broken down in the middle of the road in 5 o'clock traffic on Thursday night. The first person I contacted after the towing company was JR Henry. We talked about what we needed and what the budget was. He told us to meet him at 1:30 Saturday afternoon. When we got there, JR had 2 vehicles pulled and a list of options just in case. We ended up purchasing the first vehicle he had picked for us. Pretty impressive to sell a vehicle through phone calls and text messages. JR was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and worked very hard to get us in the perfect ride in a fast and efficient manner. It is 5:00 pm Saturday evening and we are home with an SUV in the driveway!!! JR provided exemplary service for us. He made this the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. THANK YOU, JR!!! WE LOVE THE ACADIA!!!

Our second Subaru

This is the second time in two years that we've purchased a Subaru from Napleton Subaru. Our sales representative, Matt Vincent, is great to work with and very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our Outback and our new Ascent.

Honest, Kind and caring. that's NAPLETON!

I made good choice going to Napleton. to purchase a car. I picked the car I wanted and told Mike what I wanted and he filled me in on everything about the car. He answered all of my questions without rushing, He wasn't pushy or trying to rush a sale, He was honest with answers from all the questions I asked. You need a car go to Napleton .

Terrible Mechanics, and techs.....

I would not take my vehicle there to get air in the tires. The worst mechanics and Service advisers. They botched 2 short block replacements, both started knocking around 2k miles. Then to top it off played me like a fool for 2 months saying nothing was wrong.... 1 Year of b.S. Nobody should ever have to go though.

Buying a new car

Our experience buying a new car at Napleton was good. This is out second Subaru and we have also purchased Hondas from Napleton and the service has always been good.

Thanks to the team at napletons for making me a new suv owner. They were very helpful i left napletons knowing that i had just made a secure buying decision on my 2018 subaru forester. The sales team took the time to listen to my needs as well as not to rush the sale, they also made sure that the sales experience was a good one. Thanks again napleton subaru for everything.

An outstanding new Cadillac purchase experience.

My wife and I are new to Rockford and went to Napleton Cadillac to look into leasing a new XT5. We were met by J. R. who was incredibly gracious, spent a lot of time with us test driving and discussing the car, and ultimately negotiating a fair deal for a new lease. He worked closely with his sales manager, Brian, to structure a lease that fit our budget and expectations. Brian was also kind to come over and introduce himself and welcome us as new Cadillac customers. It was an extremely pleasant car buying experience and J.R.’s follow -up has been superb. Thank you for all of your help!

Bought a few cars there, something keeps me coming back.

The sales staff is always outstanding. The finance department lacks professionalism, as does the service department. The parts department is clueless about what part goes to which car. Management always seems to be there with any issues.
