Great experience!

No title

What a GREAT service team. I needed help synching my phone to the Bluetooth. Not only did they do it quickly, but they offered me a cup of coffee and a car wash! I love these guys. Happy Valetine's Day

Wonderful service

I visited for my first service and they were very prompt and courteous. the service manager even came out and greeted me, that was a very nice touch.

2017 Subaru Forester

J.R was extremely helpful in identifying what we were looking for and he made the decision to buy new rather than used an easy one. Tim, too, did a good job of explaining some of the functions.

Bought a used car here.

Sales Rep was J.R. and he was absolutely terrific. Actually listened to what I was looking for, what I wanted to pay and found something that fit in my budget. None of the other dealers I spoke to did this, so I was impressed. Very friendly, personable and easy to talk and deal with. He helped to make a very stressful situation much less stressful for me and my husband. I hope I won't need another car for a very long time, but if/when I do, I will definitely go back to him.

2017 Subaru Forester

We initially stopped to look at used Subaru Foresters. Our saleman, J.R. was very helpful explaining new features that weren't on our old Forester - both in newer used and in the new 2017. He gave the information we needed to make our decision to buy new. He was very considerate of our time. We are very happy with him, Tim who helped explain some of the functions, and of course our new Forester!

New Subaru

Don't trust the "certified" label

"Test drove a used Honda Pilot. The body looked great, but during the test drive I noticed that is was very hard to turn the steering wheel. I mentioned this and I was told this is "normal" for Pilots. He recommended I suck some of the power steering fluid out and put Lucas ps fluid back in. I also noticed that when you pushed the electric seats back and forth the seat would skip and judder. I was told they would look into it. Finally, I popped the hood and had my wife rev the engine and I noticed a pretty noticeable tapping or ticking noise. I was told that was also "normal". I was then told to hurry because there was another person waiting to test drive the vehicle. Since I didn't want to be pressured into this, I left and the other person supposedly bought the vehicle. However, two days later I received an email that it was available again. In those two days I drove a coworkers same year Honda Pilot and the steering was super smooth and the engine did not have any ticks. I contact the dealership and said what I had found and told them I would be happy to purchase it if those issues were fixed. They then supposedly had a Honda certified technician look at it and found "nothing" wrong with the car. I understand that it was probably too expensive to fix these issues but then sell it "as is" rather than certified. By the way when you look on the price make sure you add extra for a "certification fee" as well as a "docking fee" which they add on the final price. The saddest part of this is that I was planning on going to two other Napelton dealerships to look at two other Pilots but after this, there is no way that would happen!"
