Fantastic Experience!!
Truly an incredible experience throughout the entire process with Napleton Cadillac! From initial contact with Brenna all of my questions were answered, there was no pressure, and all of my questions were answered in a very timely fashion. Brian later followed up, and got us exactly what we wanted for our car, and a fantastic deal on theirs. We drove over an hour away, and the customer service was nothing less than perfect once we arrived. Justine, wrapped up the process, and made sure to go over everything with me despite it already being a good amount past their scheduled hours. For any, and all Cadillac needs I may have in the future I wont go anywhere else! Thanks again to all the staff at Napleton Cadillac who made this such a great experience!!

Very good Customer Repair Service
First of all, I want to start by saying that I didnt even buy my Cadillac from this dealership yet they treated me like I was their number one customer. My car's power seats died and I called them because they are much closer than the dealership from which I bought my car. After making an appointment to bring the car THE SAME DAY, they took me in and even gave me a free loaner car (as sweet 2015 Cadillac SRX). Everything they fixed was under warranty so I didnt pay a dime. After I picked up my car, Mike showed me features that my 2013 Cadilllac ATS had that I didnt even know about! I've dealt with plenty of dealerships over the years but this was easily the best experience I've ever had. If you want to be treated with courtesy and respect, I recommend this place HIGHLY.

Bad Auto-throttle-body
I had no idea what was going on with my xxx, the symptom was a sudden loose of engine power along with a check your stability system display, the car would slow down to a stop. It worked out to be the auto-throttle. The dealership provided a new 2016 Cadillac CTS loaner at their expense. The whole team provided me an effortless experience. Irv, the customer rep, had my loaner ready, my car washed and ready for pickup and handled the paper work with the warranty company. Kevin, the tech, fixed the issue the first time. All-in-all it was very good experience.

Oil change
Very pleased with the service as usual. The oil change etc. was done in an hour as promised and I really appreciate that. Nice to know how long things will take.

Not pleased. Won't shop here again.
Ordered a new 2016 WRX from them. Salesmen were hesitant to even talk to me due to my age (20). After seeing that I could afford to buy a new car, they were pushy and impatient. But here's the real kicker: the salesman called me to tell me my car was in and ready to be picked up. I went into pick up the car, and was then told that it actually wasn't there yet... Okay, odd. Picked up the car the next day. Two months later, a friend who does body work looked at my car, and noticed it had had two of the doors repainted. I called out the dealership, and they told me that because the body work cost was under 6% of my cars value, they legally did not have to inform me that my car had been repainted. Okay, but that still doesn't warrant lying to your customer about their car not being at the dealership, when it's at the body shop having a repaint done. I don't trust this dealership. Not buying a car here again. My family has also bought cars from them and had issues too, so it's not just me that has a problem with how they operate.
