Chimgee Shatar in the Internet Sales Department sold us our new Lexus 450 RXH. She is excellent! She did a great job explaining the features on the car and found us the car with the interior, exterior and options we wanted. This is the third new Lexus vehicle we have purchased but the first time we have purchased from this dealership. Chimgee made this the easiest vehicle purchase ever. She had the deal done by phone before the car even arrived. We just had to go to the dealership to pick up the car. Everything we discussed ahead of time in our deal, the price, options, all the details were exact. We give Chimgee Shatar 10 STARS and have already recommended her to two of our friends interested in purchasing a new Lexus.

Went to buy a used car. Had just the car I wanted. Sales person Miles was great. Very helpful, professional, easy to deal with. However, the car was considerably more than the exact car at a different dealership. And even though it was a used Lexus, Coliseum Lexus had not certified it but the other dealership did certify theirs. I believe MIles tried but his manager would not compete with the other dealers' price. And I did prefer getting a Lexus certified car. The dealership facility was very nice, very clean, extra precautions due to Covid. Did not feel at all unsafe. I really wanted to buy the car from Miles because he was awesome- but could justify paying higher price for their car when it was not even Certified.

HEALTH WARNING – Last week I took my car to Lexus of Oakland for service and they disinfected the interior of my car with 5 to 6 seconds of a heavy-duty electrostatic spray. They neither asked for my permission nor gave me any notice ahead of time. When I asked what it was, I was told it was just disinfectant, but when I opened the door to check I was overwhelmed by the fumes and became violently ill after returning home. I have emailed the general manager three times over the past five days, explained what happened and asked for the name of the product they are using, but they have failed to respond. I just want to warn everybody that I’m concerned Lexus of Oakland is using a potentially toxic product inside everyone’s vehicles, that has not been approved by the EPA for use with COVID-19 and that whatever it is may be causing harm.

Lexus of Oakland is my "go to" car dealer for last 2 yrs. Just got my 2nd cars from them . Anthony Huynh is the best! All of the staff there are OUTSTANDING!! Whenever I feel tempted to try out another car I can never find anyone with the sales, customer service and auto service that comes close to Lexus of Oakland. Truly legendary experience!

Came to Coliseum Lexus of Oakland to get a new car with absolutely no information on how all the process works and met Chimgee. It was a huge plus as she speaks Mongolian as well. She explained the whole process in detail and gave me every bit of information about the car. She was really nice and helpful. Definitely made the purchase stress free!

I always have a bad experience at this Lexus. The sales guy was rude and was not nice. I regret purchasing my first lexus here back in 2015 already. I came back to see if things change but nope, this have bad service. Do not recommend buying cars here
