easy process and quick

Smooth as can be. I sent in a request for information online about a used IS250-2015, Received an email from Anthony Huynh right away. We chatted and I came in a few hours later for a test drive. We then settled on a price and I left a short time after that with the keys. I truly appreciate Anthony's professionalism and would definitely work with him again.

Coliseum Lexus once was great for service, but no longer is

Coliseum Lexus used to be great for service (my LS400 is 20+ years old). That no longer is the case. Last weekend I made an online appointment for a substantial amount of service this Friday. I checked the box stating that I wanted someone to call me. No one called. Yesterday (Tuesday), I called. After an initial conversation with a receptionist and a couple of minutes on hold, I was told that all service reps are busy, and one would call me. No one called. This morning I left a detailed voice message for the service rep whose name appeared in my most recent confirmation email asking that he return my call. He did not call. I cancelled my appointment online. It is likely that I will never again will use Coliseum Lexus's services. My wife (who has a much newer Lexus IS250) loves the folks at a nearby Shell station, which does all of the servicing for her car. I will call them tomorrow morning to make an appointment. I expect to become another of their devoted customers.

Brought my car in to be serviced

The name of my sales man his name is Eli he was very courteous very approachable I was just strolling through the lot and he noticed me and wanted to know could help me I brought my car in to be serviced I didn’t bring my car in to get a new car but after dealing with Eli and having conversations with him I bought a new car he’s an excellent salesman he’s courteous he’s top-notch he is warm he’s friendly he’s not pushy he’s an excellent sales person smile on his face I wished all the salesman could be like him maybe they would sell more cars

Personable, Professional

Starring with sales consultant Laville Alderson, aka "Dr. J.," our experience at Coliseum Lexus was virtually pain-free. Dr. J. set the stage with a deliberate, attentive, and personable approach, no pushing, no pulling. He listened to what we wanted and how we wanted to proceed, and he used that go guide the experience. Supporting his work were managers and back-office professionals, all of whom made what is usually a painful experience a rewarding and ultimately satisfying transaction.

Dr. J was great!

Would absolutely recommend Dr. J and Coliseum Lexus! Definitely worth the drive from San Jose. No pressure and very easy to work with. Good location.

Amazing salesperson and best dealership to match

Jessica Roble is awesome! She will take the time to go over what vehicle you are considering and present you with a selection to view and test drive. I have been to a few Lexus dealerships and meeting Jessica makes me want to buy all my cars from her. Very knowledgeable and patient. No pushy sale pitches and no pushing vehicles that you are not even considering. Getting a car is always a pain but Jessica makes the whole process so painless and pleasant. Greets you with open arms and you leave with a great vehicle.
