Amazing salesperson and best dealership to match

Jessica Roble is awesome! She will take the time to go over what vehicle you are considering and present you with a selection to view and test drive. I have been to a few Lexus dealerships and meeting Jessica makes me want to buy all my cars from her. Very knowledgeable and patient. No pushy sale pitches and no pushing vehicles that you are not even considering. Getting a car is always a pain but Jessica makes the whole process so painless and pleasant. Greets you with open arms and you leave with a great vehicle.

Inexperienced Service Department

I brought my 2015 Lexus 200h in for a suspension issue on the front right side of the car after hitting a pothole. When I dropped off my vehicle, Janice was assigned as my service advisor, but I stopped hearing from her. After two weeks of not getting an update, I got a call from Kenny informing me that Janice was no longer working at their location. After two months of having my vehicle at the Lexus of Oakland service center, Kenny informed me that my vehicle was ready. Prior to picking up my vehicle, I informed him of a humming noise coming from the front passenger side of the vehicle. Instead, they replaced the front drivers side bearing, when the point of impact was the front passenger side. I ended up taking my vehicle to Lexus of Pleasanton, where they informed me that the alignment was not done correctly and that the front passenger side bearing needed replacement. Based on my experience with Coliseum Lexus, I believe that their staff have not been properly trained.

Great Service

Dr. Jay helped us with getting our car and gave us a deal better than what we were expecting. We’ve been to multiple dealerships and dealt with countless sellers. Dr. Jay stood out from all of them because he’s extremely transparent and upfront with all the fees and super patient through the whole process. We test drove 2 cars and settled on the Lexus NX300. Having a car is like having the ultimate freedom so thanks for helping us out!

Awesome salesperson. Great dealership

Dr. J was awesome. He really took care of me and even took me out for lunch. One of the coolest and nicest car salespeople I've met.

Huge thanks to Jessica Roble, Sayed Massoud, and Ron Fortt

I just got my 2nd Lexus at this place with the same saleswoman Jessica Roble. This time, I got a RX350L. She explained to me the PRO and CON carefully to help me to make the right choice for my car and its style to fit my needs. She made valuable advices to save me thousands of dollar now and down the road. Jessica is very enthusiastic with her job and she pours her soul into assisting her customers to make the deal coming out with win-win solution. Finally. she spent time to assist all my questions, concerns all the way, up to my total satisfaction. Great thanks to Jessica :-) I also appreciate the assistance that I got from Sayed Massoud and Ron Fortt. They are very kind and they made me feel that buying a car at their place is not just business matter, but like a personal experience and family like interaction. Strongly recommend to people searching for a Lexus to buy/lease.

Jay Hashimi was wonderful! I’m so happy with my car.. I have been leasing cars for over 6 years and this has been by far the best experience.. he was quick, efficient, and went through everything perfectly. Not pushy at all, also gave me an amazing deal!! Thank u Oakland Lexus!

Infinity Purchase

I originally came to the dealership to look around and inquire about a used Lexus and see how much they would offer me for my trade in. I was greeted by Jessica and immediately felt at ease. With no pressure she showed me my options and and explained every step of the process and allowed me to make my own well informed decision. My schedule is very hectic and she was able to work around that and any other hurdles that popped up, to make the process seamless. Jessica and the rest of the staff, that assisted in the process were very nice and accommodating. Very professional and knowledgeable team and good deals. Will be back again to continue the relationship and will most definitely recommend anyone looking for a good, honest deal, to come here.
