Coliseum Lexus of Oakland

Horrrible horrible horrible. I am in process of suing Coliseum Lexuz and reporting to CA Buteau of Automotive Repai for investigation. Damaged my car. Lied about needed repairs I did not need. I took my car their as check engine light on and.car burning gas and not riding right. I paid $1800 for an alternator and tuneup I did not need. Told I needed catalytic converters which I do not need. Told evap hose kept popping off and was changed.. My car was hit by their delivery truck and taken to a body shop off site without telling me. No documents or pics taken by Lexus. Kept my car for almost 2 months. When I finally picked it up the same day I discovered trunk would not latch. Also white hard film on headlights. I asked what film was and Chris took pics and told me to take car home and he would call me which he never did do. Trunk cord broken and Lexus insisted I pay $200 although it was broken when they had my car. Lost my car key and wanted me to pay for it. I spoke to Dan GM and told my car is old and having problems. Headlights cannot be restored and told by pro that film is not natural. I called Abe and he said Lexus is not responsible. My check engine light came back on within 2 wks and same problems as before. My car the correctly repaired by honest mechanic and evap hose bent like a V and evap cord changed. Car rides fine now and check engine light remains off.

Frank was so nice and patient with us. I was not sure what i wanted and he was great at showing us multiple cars. Went to this dealer on two separate occasions and left unsatisfied each time—last time damage was pointed out and dealer stated he did not know car was damaged even though clearly an accident- then tried to upsell me into another car—buyer beware-make sure you look your car over well before buying it!
