Excellent Service

Alena was very helpful and informative. She carefully walked me through all of the bells and whistles on my new Lexus. Thanks to her help with set up and explanations, none of this technology is wasted on me.

Satisfied 450h owner

Just bought my 2nd Lexus from this dealership and sales associate Preston Hutchins after having purchased a HS 250h about 5 years ago through him at this same dealership.Preston once again proved knowledgeable,fair,courteous ,and a gentleman as he made sure the car had been detailed and available so my 90 mile and 1 1/2 hour drive from Dayton wouldn't be a waste of time.He is a superb ambassador for both the Lexus brand and the Germain Lexus of Easton dealership!I will continue to recommend this dealership and Preston to others.Also,a nice young lady named Alena did a great job explaining the technological interior creature comforts of the car to my wife and I.

Hassle free and expedient excellent customer service.

Called to speak to a salesperson about a vehicle on the website inventory and was put in contact with Bob Havey who handled all my requests and we struck a deal within hours back and forth on the phone. I travelled 500+ miles to make this purchase from Germain and would consider doing it again due to the customer service and teamwork from the entire staff. They accommodated my unannounced early arrival to pick up the vehicle without hesitation. I even received a call from Bob from his vacation the day after I picked up the vehicle, as he was on vacation the day I took delivery, to ensure the pick up went well and to thank me again. Great experience and I would recommend this dealership and Bob Havey with the highest regard. Entire staff was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely appreciative of my business.

Excellent Service

Greg was outstanding throughout the entire process. We spoke over the phone several times and he even answered on his day off. Greg was very attentive, knowledgable and, if you can believe it, FUN to work with. The facility is beautiful-nothing like other dealerships. You feel as though you are in the lobby of a grand hotel rather than a car dealership. I am in Pittsburgh, and will make the ride again when the need (or just plain desire), for a new vehicle arises. The other staff I was in contact with was equally wonderful. THANK YOU Germain! You and your staff knocked it out of the park. Great prices, great service and an excellent sales staff.

Great service, sales, and quality.

We had an appointment with a different sales guy. By default Bryan helped us. Lucky for us he is a great sales man. He's fun and kept us entertained. He made sure we got to drive everything before we made a final decision. I will ask for Bryan every time now. Eric in finance rocked also. It was like hanging with friends.
