2018 truck

It was a Pleasure working with the likes of Jacob and the staff at Coughlin and Newark I had a wonderful time and it was actually a fun experience I will go on my future purchases to Coughlin’s first and go from there also with Jacob taking over for Rick Watson while I was on vacation did a fantastic job thanks to all

Great experience

I worked with Katie throughout the purchase of the vehicle and she was fast and thorough in answering all of my questions. It was well worth the 260 mile drive we were at the actual dealership for less than 2 hours. I would definitely go back again in the future.

Awesome staff!!!!

We stopped by Newark dealership just to look around. We actually found the truck we had been searching endlessly for!!! Steve made the purchasing process easy and answered all of our questions with no pressure to buy! Larry in Finance also had a magic wand that day!!! Words cannot express the gratitude we still feel since our purchase!!! The whole staff at the Newark location were friendly and courteous and we definitely will return in the future!!! I was looking for a Malibu and my grandson told me about Coughlin. The Malibu I was interested in didn't have a backup camera like my wife wanted. I ended up buying a 2017 Cruze LT. There was some misunderstanding on the process but the general manger came thru.

Love my new Silverado

Very good experience.

I found the Sorento for my wife online. The price seemed very fair so I stopped in and took a quick look. I also looked at a new vehicle for comparison. The condition and price of the 2014 Sorento seemed too good to pass up so I took my wife in to see and drive it. Although there were a few features we would have liked that were not on the 2014, we both agreed it was a good deal. Your salesman did a very good job pointing out the features and explaining just how good a deal it was. There was no high pressure even when we left for lunch to think it over. When we returned to make the purchase everything was quick and easy. The salesman, manager, and finance manager were friendly and efficient. I will definitely consider Coughlin for future car purchases.

Great service experience

Bought my Yukon XL Denali from Steve M. in Newark (Great experience as well). It has been service at both Pataskala (horrible experience last time) and Newark (Great experience both times). I will focus this review on Newark. Brought the vehicle in for one of the included oil changes and to have a couple minor warranty issues looked into. They were able to fix both issues and the oil change in 1/2 a day and they found another issue as well that was covered. I felt that John actually listened to my concerns instead of blowing me off like Pataskala did, which was refreshing, and I think it helped to actually get to the root cause of the issue. I would definitely be back to Newark, even though it is quite a bit more out of the way, but it seems to be worth the drive. A side note, Pataskala used to service my Buick many times without issue, so it may have been a one time problem there as well.
