This is our second car from Chad Chesrown at Coughlin....

This is our second car from Chad Chesrown at Coughlin. The first was a Kia Soul with super low miles. Not one problem in two years and what a gem to drive. We just bought a Ford Focus, another low mileage car, super fun! Chad is the OG in the world of car sales. He is super funny, very polite, he listens, NO PRESSURE. I called him up, told him what we wanted, boom we are driving away in our new car 2 days later. If you need a car, and don't want to be "car salesman'd", go see Chad at Coughlin Motors. We will do ALL of our family car shopping with Chad Chesrown at Coughlin in Newark, Ohio.

Overall, this is an excellent dealership. I have purchased 3 trucks there, and get all my service done there. I have also used the body shop twice with good results. Although the most recent repair of front end collision damage resulted in the hood not being properly aligned. This required an inconvenient return of the vehicle, but they willingly fixed the problem correctly and provided a free-of-charge new car for my use during the repair. Handled very professionally with satisfactory results in the end.

NEW GMC DENALI

Had the best experience at Coughlin GMC. Chad Chesrown, our sales rep, worked tirelessly answering questions, getting us a great deal, and making sure the whole process went smoothly. Disappointed

I was disappointed in the fact that the features that came or did not come with my vehicle were NOT communicated with me at the time of purchase. Any time I asked about a feature I was given the answer “I don’t know or I’m not sure”. Also, the vehicle was supposed to have been “detailed” yet it was not unless she did it with her eyes closed. The floor mats were in a pile in the back and were COVERED with dirt/dust, the windows had not been washed, etc. I had to clean the floor mats and then vacuum out the back of the SUV afterwards. There was no gas in the SUV so I had to fill it up or I would have not made the 90 minute trip back home. I understand that I did not purchase a brand new SUV, however, I think I should’ve been treated with the same respect. Most people cannot afford to purchase a brand new car right now so we should not be penalized for that fact. Our salesmen was nice and friendly as a person but as for selling, he was not knowledgeable about the vehicle and I am still having to research on my own about products/features, etc. Also, when asked about the key fobs that should’ve been with the key he had zero clue where they were. The key’s needed to be purchased and programmed by a dealer or locksmith – which I did not know until long after the fact – so I had to shell out an additional $200 to get them replaced. This costly piece of information SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED to me at the time of purchase.

FANTASTIC

This was our 2nd purchase with Chad Chesrown at Coughlin in Newark. He does not pressure you and really listens to what you’re needing. I am sending my son and Granddaughter to him as he makes the ENTIRE PROCESS EASY

Chad is awesome!

I am very grateful to salesman Chad. I was in the unfortunate position of having to buy another car when my car was totaled by an irresponsible driver who lost his boat trailer wheel and it hit the front of my car on SR 33. I loved my car and wanted to find another that was similar to the one I had. I found it at Coughlin Cars in Newark . Chad went out of his way to expedite the sale of the car for me and I was able to purchase it in 24 hours! He helped me learn the new features as well. Thanks Chad!
