I live in Columbus and I make the drive to go to Coughlin Newark GM, because I love the customer service people Bruce and Billy. I am not a mechanic and when my Chevy check engine light came on I was freaking. Billy and Bruce got me through the process and when I call three times they handled my questions and concerns. They even called a week later to see how my Chevy was running. When my Chevy was getting fixed it even got and oil changed. I found having the oil changed there cost least and I got more out of it then going to other oil places. Coughlin Newark GM thank you for all that you do and until next time..

Worst customer service and car buying experience in my...
Worst customer service and car buying experience in my life. Not enough space to explain everything here. So here are few. Called when they opened and told them i was interested in a car from pataskala to find out if they had anything on the newark lot similar. They said no but they would go pick it up before i could get there are 4:30. At 4:15 received a text that they couldnt get it there by then but would let me test drive something similar. And if i like they would have it brought down that day. Spent fours hours going back and forth with this jerk that told me that we needed to “work” with him, when he was not willing to do anything to work with us. I ended up caving because i liked the vehicle so much. Then they told me oh we cant get the car here today but will have it ready for you to pick up “first” thing the morning. Once we had all the paper worked signed and they got our down payment, the “first” thing in the morning turned into 11 am. The following day I contacted them at 10:50 am and they told me that “oh we need to move it to 12”. I show up at 12:15 pm and the same jerk they told me i needed to work with him had the nerve to say oh i didn’t know you were coming this early. My people left about 45 min ago to get it and should be back soon. Finally 1:20pm rolls around and they finally show up. He then tells me will just be a few minutes they are going to clean it up for you. I noticed the girl that drove my car from pataskala had a bag of fast food. Didn’t think too much about it at the time. At 1:45 they come out and say that it is ready to go. Took me out and showed me the car. I noticed that the trim was all smeared up looking and when i opened the driver door to get in its all muddy. Because i was already there way longer than i should have been i decided not to complain because i need to get back to work. Later that day My wife asked me when i was going to get the poly shield for the pant and interior that we paid $599 for. Because i was in a hurry I totally forgot to ask them when to come back and do that. So i contacted them again and was told “oh that was already done”. But i know for a fact that it wasn’t done because the car was there for 25 min and know that it is impossible to wash dry and clean the inside out along with applying the protection to both the inside and outside. Another reason i know it wasnt done was because the outside was all smudged up like it was washed or dried with a dirty towel. And to top it off the interior had the girls hair along with crumbs from her fast food. My wife warned me that i should not have signed the papers unless the car was down here and i should have listened. These people do not car about anything except making a sale. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be treated like you dont matter or unless you like being lied to over and over again. No social distancing no mask and nothing else to prevent covid 19 either.

Love my car!!! I didn't have to leave my house. They brought out the car and I test drove it and told them I wanted it.They took it back,detailed it. Brought it back with the paperwork. Wonderful

I would highly recommend everyone to check out Chad Chesrown when they go to this dealership. He is the best of the best. I refuse to buy cars from ANYONE else. I trust Chad as he works very hard And is determined to get something not only of good quality and for your price range but also good for your family.
