Recently I had major repairs done to my 2012 Malibu

Recently I had major repairs done to my 2012 Malibu including brakes, rotors, hub bearings and tires. The service advisor, Brad Richards, was very courteous and helpful. The difference in the car is remarkable--it drives like a new car!!! I truly appreciate the high quality of the service.

great place to deal.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT THE NEWARK LOCATION SINCE 2005. I AM NOW ON MY THIRD BUICK FROM THERE AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS SIX STARS OUT OF FIVE. IF THEY WOULD CHARGE LESS I'D GIVE THEM A RATING OF 12. GREAT PERSONNEL IN THIS DEPARTMENT. ANDY H.

I took my car in for normal maintenance. Got in right away. They have a nice comfortable area to wait in. I was in and out . The guys were very courteous and efficient.

Took in for recall on air bag passenger side:Emailed Bo...

Took in for recall on air bag passenger side: Emailed Bo Ewing this 2 days ago when he emailed "how was service?". Not good! The glove box doesn’t line up like it did! Took it back and the counter guy said sometimes that happens. Told him I wasn’t satisfied with that so he got a mechanic who said that’s the way it was before. So I asked if he worked on it. He said no, but they all are like that. Well, I think they are he said... Mine wasn’t! Still no reply after email sent to Bo @ 9:14am 11/1 - Now 6pm 11/2

I had 2 recalls on my used Chevy Malibu I took it in to...

I had 2 recalls on my used Chevy Malibu I took it in to get the recalls done. We live over an hour away. They completed the recalls called to say car was finished. I get there to pick up the car and stopped to get gas and got stranded in the cold. When I stopped the car it would not shift into park I shut the engine off to try to see what was wrong but the car would not shift on the dash the shift lever was moving but not on the indicator on the dash. I called the dealership the manager said they would have to send a tow truck to get me. I had to wait for over 45 minutes in the cold stranded until the toe service showed up. The manager called and told me they was closing to fill our a drop box envelope to put my keys in and they would have to look at it in the morning. The safety feature would not allow the engine to start because it was showing the car wasn't in park.. My family had to tun around and come back and get me and we had to make another trip for an hour one way. I asked the manager don't the technican guys make sure the car is operational before you call to say it is fixed. Manager stated well he did put it into gear to pull it outside. Manager advised after looking at the car the clip from the shifter came undone. One of the recalls was on the shift cable. The manager apologized but no compensation for all the hassle. No loaner car no solution for any of it just sorry we messed up, we will call you when it's done for you to come back.

The bodyshop is top notch. Recently made contact with a...

The bodyshop is top notch. Recently made contact with a deer and it did some damage. When I picked it back up needless to say the van looked brand new and the paint job is flawless and a perfect match. They’ve repaired both vehicles and they’ll continue to do so.

2011 Terrain Repair

Took my car in for oil change and engine check light. Found out that timing belt was bad. Technicians put a rush on parts and car was fixed in 3 days.
