Cadillac XT5

Darin Fisher was very helpful in locating the Cadillac XT5 in the color and with the features we asked for. The process was smooth and we are enjoying our new XT5. Thanks also to Brad and Daniel Peoples.

Jamar Dozier/Salesman

Great customer service and 2nd time at this particular dealership to buy a vehicle. Salesman took great patience to find exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. His demeanor and attention to my needs kept me from going to Texas to purchase again.

Terrible service

I recently bought a used vehicle from Bob Moore Cadillac and while the buying experience was great their customer service is awful. I live in Texas and found the vehicle on cars.com. I contacted the internet manager, who was very nice and accommodating as I could not make it up to Norman until the weekend two days later. Everything went as expected between Thi, his manager Dann, and myself throughout the purchasing process. However, after I bought the vehicle it has been as if they, the dealership, cares nothing about me nor my situation. I received the Oklahoma title and paperwork in the mail two weeks after I bought the vehicle only to find out that they did not include vital information that is keeping me from getting my title transferred and vehicle legal in Texas. It has now been almost an additional two weeks since I received my paperwork and informed them what I needed and I have yet to have the issue resolved. I have spoken with at least five people there and left messages with two more. NONE return my calls and when I do get someone I get passed around to "someone who can help." I am extremely frustrated with Bob Moore and their complete lack of customer care. Soon I will begin incurring penalties by the state of Texas because this issue has not been resolved in a timely manner. In short, the dealership loves you when you are a potential customer, but once they have your money they could care less.

Smooth Car Buying Experience

I couldn't be happier with the buying experience we had with Darin Fisher. He was super nice and upfront about the deal that could be made on our new Escalade. I will recommend him to all of my friends looking for a new vehicle. The whole process was very quick and easy. Keep up the good work Bob Moore Cadillac in Norman.

Great customer service

I went to Bob Moore and was referred to the car dealer Darin Fisher. It's always stressful buying a car but Darin was very helpful and knowledgable regarding all of my questions. He really made the process of buying a car stress free for me, and made me feel like I was being taken care of. I definitely recommend Bob Moore Cadillac if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Darin Fisher

I originally thought of dealerships and car salesmen as not fun to deal with but Darin changed my attitude with this along with the rest of the staff at Bob Moore Cadillac. My appointment was "assigned" to Darin where I was promptly greeted with a smile and a gentle handshake. I was asked a few questions regarding what i was looking for in a vehicle and the driving process began with ease and no hard sale tactics that i could detect. Darin was very patient and courteous and has been receptive to any phone call i have made with any question i had. I have previously visited and had coffee with him on one of the trips i made to have the vehicle serviced. I felt during the sales process that he treated me fairly and I again felt no pressure as it seems we always hear about car salesmen. The last two vehicles have been with Bob Moore Dealerships and i recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle. My grandson purchased a used vehicle from Bob Moore and i don't recall the salesman who helped him but he was satisfied also.

Outstanding Service

We purchased our CTS about 18 months ago and every time we had any dealings with the service department, Kenneth has been supurb in understanding any issue i had with the car (which has been minimal) and what repairs have been needed were resolved quickly and efficiently. I have dealt with Bob Moore dealerships on the last two cars we have owned and in both cases have been extremely satisfied, am looking forward to another deal in the future.

I really hate shopping for new cars!!!

But, Darin Fisher and the other sales team at Bob Moore Cadillac of Norman made the experience as pleasant as possible, and the new CT6 Platinum brought me back to Cadillac after eight years with Mercedes.
