Came in to have my oil changed.. As always the service is great.. My 2 year old granddaughter was with us and she loved playing in the play room.

Great facility and very thorough/competent emps.

Kenneth Leveridge was very thorough in determining what my problem was. Repairs were made plus he found that I had a bad tire which also contributed to what I was feeling when I made turns.

ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE

I am always treated in an excellent manner by the service department, especially my long term service advisor, Kenneth Leveridge. My car is always ready at the time promised and I appreciate the use of a loaner car furnished by the dealership. I highly recommend Bob Moore Cadillac of Norman for anyone considering the purchase of a Cadillac.

Great Service

My battery was giving me a little grief so I called Kenneth to schedule a replacement. Kenneth was right there when I got out of the car and had the paper work done fast. The work was done quick as well and I was back on the road not long after getting there. Bob Moore Norman as been treating me well since I bought my first Cadillac from you back in 2004 and your people continue to do so - both in sales and in service. I recommend Bob Moore Norman to anyone interested in buying or servicing a car. Thanks.

The sales service team at Bob Moore Cadillac was...

The sales service team at Bob Moore Cadillac was exceptional from start to finish - from my initial email request for information through financing, adding additional items to the vehicle, to finally driving it off the lot. Thi Anderson, sales represenative, was extremely helpful not only with providing the information I needed about the car, but also with getting a great deal on my trade-in vehicle. Thi aslo worked with a local vendor to install additional media players and window tint - all completed before I picked up the vehicle. This was my first buying experience with Bob Moore, and I'm certain it won't be my last.

I have owned 14 Cadillacs, several are from Bob Moore, My last three Cadillacs are from Bob Moore Norman including two new CTS-V's, What more can I say.

Great service

I have always been pleased with the service I receive at Bob Moore Cadillac. I recently brought my 2011 Buick in for warranty work and the work was accomplished. I was surprised that it took as long to do the job as it did but I am still a satisfied customer. A couple weeks later my wife took in our 2008 Cadillac DTS when the skid plate under the engine came loose and was dragging the ground. This was repaired quickly at no cost to us. Excellent service!

Great Service at Bob Moore Cadillac, Norman, OK

Superb Service. Kenneth Leveridge is the very best. Facility is ultra clean. Staff is efficient and friendly. Really on top of their game. I would highly recommend the Bob Moore service department.

If you love your car DO NOT TAKE IT HERE , I took my car...

If you love your car DO NOT TAKE IT HERE , I took my car in to get look at because I was having some problems. They said I needed a case bearing that would cost around 650 dollars which was fine I did not mind paying for it because I was told by Kenneth that it would correct all the problems. They had my car for about a week I finally got it back. When I left it seemed like it was driving good so I took it to work. The day after I got it back I had to get the car towed back to the company because I could not drive it, they now told me I needed a transfer case which would cost me around 2658 dollars, I did not feel like I should have to pay this large amount when it hadn't even been 24 hours since I got it back. He said I drove my car 70 miles which is wrong but that it was my fault it got messed up. If they did any kind of good work to my car It should have lasted longer than a day. I feel that because I'm young they are trying to get whatever kind of money off me. I ended up towing my car AGAIN to get my car off there lot because I no longer trusted them to have it. Before I never had this bad of problems with my car and when I took it to them I DROVE IT IN the first time. now I cant drive it. This has put me in the worst position ever and now I am left carless.

I love my new 2014 ATS! First cadillac I have ever owned....

I love my new 2014 ATS! First cadillac I have ever owned. So far everything seems be working with no issues. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to purchase, and I enjoyed using the free snacks and drinks while waiting in between sales and finance. Beautiful new lot inside and out!
