So Impressed

I am so impressed by my entire vehicle purchase experience. Charlton worked with us on our new vehicle purchase and I'd like everyone to know how AMAZING he is. We would recommend this dealership to anyone. We won't purchase another vehicle from anywhere else.

Great service department

The service department did a great job. Kenneth got me the loaner car I requested. They even washed my car.

Great repair service!!!

Kenneth was GREAT!!! All the mechanics knows my vehicles, as they say my fleet of vehicles. They are truth worthy with my problems. They knowing that some of the problems I can fix myself and let me know it. Therefore, things that are out of my control...I trust them to fix it. I could go to David Stanley Chevrolet because all my car are Chevy. I trust them.

Excellent Service

I made the mistake of purchasing a Cadillac at another dealership; however, in the last three weeks Bob Moore Cadillac has been wonderful to work with. Ken has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs ensuring a overall pleasant experience. The next Cadillac I purchase will be from Bob Moore.

Friendly and great service

Excellent Service and Repair

My service advisor, Kenneth, was wonderful to work with. I made a major error in judgment when I purchased my xxx from Eskridge Lexus two weeks ago. Eskridge sold me a vehicle with several issues, unknown to me at the time of purchase, and when brought to their attention one day post sale I was assured Eskridge Lexus would cover the repair. My service advisor, Kenneth, was also given this information by Eskridge Lexus - only to have Eskridge Lexus backed out at the last minute - leaving Kenneth and I to find a solution. Kenneth was extremely helpful during my repair, dealing with Eskridge Lexus and providing ongoing communication to me thought a very difficult situation. While I truly love my new (used) Cadillac I can assure you the next one will display the Bob Moore Cadillac sticker rather than the current Eskridge Lexus logo. The repair ended up needing a final adjustment two days later. Kenneth was again very accommodating and immediately placed me into a brand new Cadillac CTS rental for the weekend until the repair staff could make the necessary changes. Again, a wonderful experience. The service manager was also very pleasant to speak with.

No pressure.

Simple and easy.This was my first Cadillac purchase, the salesman was very helpful and patient in answering my many questions.

Great service, nice facility, you feel comfortable

I am always amazed that so many of the people at Bob Moore in Norman remember me. They are all so helpful and make me feel so comfortable. I was so appreciative with Curt that took care of me in the service department. He certainly goes the extra mile to make sure everything is checked out with my automobile. Bob Moore's service is excellent. That is why I recommend everyone to buy a Bob Moore Cadillac. I just could not be treated any better. Thank you and you are certainly appreciated by me.

Very professional staff, and inviting facilities

I have always enjoyed working with Kenneth in service with my SRX. He has always been very professional, and providing me with a rental vehicle when I needed. You waiting room is very friendly equiped with nice refreshments, and the ladies at the desk are always more than willing to help with the coffee or internet connections, etc. Thank you for being the Best, I enjoy getting my vehicle serviced at Bob Moore. The best service in town

I have the utmost confidence in your dealership. If Kenneth Leveridge says it needs to be fixed, I know it needs to be done. Your new waiting area is just so nice. As long as I am able to drive, I hope I can always obtain my service there.
