The entire staff was friendly and they offer an inviting atmosphere. I will definitely be a repeat customer as their car selection and service is top notch.

I called about a Durango talked to a guy named Oscar very friendly. Said he wasn't going to be there when I came in but anyone could help me. Which started out good cause he wasn't looking out for only his commision. I worked with santos and Frank when I got there santos was awesome he saw a deal was to be made and worked to get it done then Frank very professionally sealed it. They worked with me with multiple payment types to get me in the car I came to see and it was a no hassle sales experience that is rare at car dealerships.

If I could give it six stars, I would. Went in there not expecting much given my banged up credit and prior experiences with dealerships(the last one was a total nightmare and had me in a car I hated after about a week of driving it). I've dealt w quite a few dealerships in my life but NONE were this easy, or dare I say, enjoyable. Nothing but great looking(spotless, even) cars on the lot- they're very up front, honest, and FAST. Gave most of the paperwork they needed(paystubs,etc) a few days prior- so when I went in yesterday, even with the trade in I was a bit upside down in, they had me out in less than an HOUR. Frank was awesome, and its very obvious he genuinely enjoys what he does. I absolutely love my 2013 Mustang, and when I'm ready to upgrade, I WILL be back. Thanks to everyone there for making it as painless and quick as possible.

Their cars really stand out on the strip of car dealers. I didn't think my credit was going to get me into one of their cars. I'm glad I went against my instincts because I just bought my second car from them. It's a 2012 G37 and it looks and drives like its brand new. Everyone worked together to get me into my car. I drove off the lot with it after a few hours and I really felt no pressure. It's a really nice mom and pop shop and the environment is really homey. I hate going to big dealerships because I feel like I am just a number to them. I tried off lease before going there but it was a zoo and couldn't stand it for a minute. Glad I went to Michaels Autos. Two thumbs up.
