All I can say is.....AWESOME job Tommy. I filled out a credit app this morning from my cell phone and by 9am Tommy was calling me about the vehicle I had inquired for. I live in Ocala and dealt with Tommy on the phone. He made a promise and I drove all the way to Orlando this evening to buy the car! Thank you Michaels for making something happen that had seemed impossible at EVERY other place I tried!

This was the first car I ever purchased, and it was a great and relaxed experience! Ricky was awesome and super helpful with any questions I had. All of the guys at Michael's Auto are very friendly and will do the best they can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I bought a white 2012 Infiniti G37 which looked new! All of the cars on their lot are in great shape. I would definitely recommend you check out this dealership because they only sell high quality cars.

Arrived looking for a car since loosing mine in an accident, had less than perfect credit but good income. Really needed help and they were happy to make it happen. Friendly service from the first person to the last.

We purchased our first car back in Decemeber and it was such a great experience, we came back for our next. After totaling her original car purchased the other week, this was the first stop we made after picking up the rental to tell Frank and Rick that the car held up excellently in her accident. Their concern for her safety first felt genuine, not just a sales tactic. Rick showed us around and rememebered her Infiniti and remembered how difficult it is to read my wife. He was eager to show us any car and allow us to test drive whatever we might have an slight interest in. There was no hesitation to work with us. As always, no pressure and took his time and gave us space to decide on our options. When we saw Frank, he greeted us with a thoughtful hug. He personally took us out on a test drive (NOT something you normally see from a sales manager). He worked his magic again and landed us in a 2013 Mercedes Benz C250. We are so thankful to him and Rick for working with us. We will be shopping here again soon. (on a side note, when we took the Infiniti to the Millinia Infiniti dealer for service, they were very impressed with the quality of the car, even knowing that it wasn't purchased on their sales lot).

I recently bought a 2012 BMW from Michaels Autos in Orlando. It was a very good experience and I got a very beautiful car. Ricky Cruz is probably the most honest salesman that you will ever encounter. He actually cares about you instead of just trying to make money off of you. I would definitely recommend Michaels to anyone looking for a high end used car.
