I was searching for months to find my Tesla Model S Plaid. Finally found it at Michael's Auto near Orlando. I live in Chicago, so this had to be a smooth, long distance transaction. Rich ended up being my contact there and was extremely accommodating. He went so far as to use WhatsApp (I dont have an iPhone) so the walk around videos and pictures came through in full fidelity. Rich walked me through the entire process, including how to get my car from his lot to my driveway. I never met Rich face to face, but he and his team made this entire experience fantastic. The car arrived in exactly the condition he suggested! He even went "the extra mile" and resolved a minor cosmetic issue that I was going to have warrantied at the Tesla dealer near my house. I'd give 6 stars, but unfortunately, this form only allows me to give 5. Thanks Michaels Auto (and Rich) for a great experience!
