This was the fastest maintenance experience I’ve ever had for this car. The shop team is always friendly and my car is in good hands. The showroom is always clean as well as the waiting area have several options to charge my phone and laptop.

Duplicitous lease buyout. Almost 2k of hidden fees, inflated residual buyout cost of the vehicle (not matching my CULA contract), and xx required Insurance policy I did not want or need. Visions and CULA team are a nightmare to work with. Was forced to finance with Toyota Hackensack as opposed to 3rd party since it was made so difficult. Went to two other Toyota dealers who refused to touch the lease and said I HAD to go back to the original location due to the visions Cula mess that both alternates would not entertain dealing with. Was lied to about the carry-over warranty by Bill. I even verbally compared it to BMWs buyout and certified used car process and inspection. Was assured full warranty carries over 100%- then was asked to buy a 3k policy because it turns out we have no coverage at all once we buy the vehicle. “Oops- sorry for the misinformation- Bill must have misspoke”. Will never go back to Toyota of Hackensack and would have never leased there if I knew what a headache and expense it would be to buyout. Seriously a nightmare and very dishonest.
