Mannix was knowledgeable and friendly. The sales manager was transparent and professional. The facility was clean and comfortable. I had previously done business (for the last 15 years) with Toyota Universe in Little Falls and this location was leaps and bounds BETTER! I will continue to take my business to Hackensack from here on out.

Had a 10:00 am appointment for oil change and got out at 12:30 pm. People that came after me left before me. I had to actually ask my service person as to why was I waiting so long and that’s when he told me that he was about to get me.
