I was happy with everything, except I left items in my trade in behind and under the seat. I called the dealer shortly after leaving to let them know and to put it aside for me as I would come back or pay to have it shipped to me. They said they don’t ship but they would put it aside. Upon driving 2 hours in traffic I found less than half of the items were put aside and the rest missing. I had about two hundred dollars of things in the truck and got back about half of it. What would have been a great review is a bad one because of this. I spent a lot of money and time with this dealership and this should not have happened.

With all due respect the dealership made every effort to assist you. Here are the facts 1. You never asked us to ship any items that were left in your truck, you asked us to ship a bedliner and we stated that we would not be able to have that done. 2. You requested that items within your trade in be put on the side for you. You did not provide us specifics as to the contents. We only removed the contents that were present in the truck. Those "missing" items were never present in the vehicle. 3. You approximately reside a little over 1 hour from the dealership us, not two hours which is mentioned in your review. Again, we were never asked to ship your items to you.
I respectuflly disagree with this response. 1. I did over the phone ask the dealership if they could ship the items back to me and that I would pay the shipping and I was told "we don't do that". 2. I did request since they could not be mailed back that they be put aside as I would have to drive back and get them and I do have the text messages stating exactly where in the truck these items were left. I told the salesman and the dealership within an hour of leaving and yet some how these items went missing. I did explain to one of the departments exactly what was in the truck on the phone. 3. Yes I do not live physically that far but with traffic the ride was one and a half hours to the dealership and 2 hours back to be specific. Paid gas and tolls as well. It is my fault I left the items in the truck but I am just saying when customers spend this kind of money on vehicles that are very expensive these days, these types of events are not acceptable in my opinion and I would not buy from here again due to this. If it were my dealership I would pay attention to these details and take care of customers willing to make a purchase from their dealership.
